I love Statesman Coffee (Treadaway) and always enjoy my dirty chai latte. However, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. Today, I ordered my usual latte and noticed that it was noticeably less than full— it only had less than 3/4..the rest was foam. Considering my past experiences here, I assumed it was just an off day and decided to reach out to the staff to let them know about the issue. I don’t remember who I spoke with but she was incredibly understanding and apologetic...
Drove over 300 mi without a coffee shop insight. Was nice to finally grab some! The blonde gal at the window was super sweet, fast and efficient. And we showed up right before closing! Thank you!
Just went by the S. 14th location and Alysha made me the best drinks. Will def be back to try others!!
The Customer service was excellent and she was very patient as this was my first time coming.
