Our burgers were raw. We waited 40 min for the food from order to getting it. The tater tots were smashed to pieces in the bag and the drinks were flat. Had a pretty bad experience. He was very nice but I’d never pay $30 for food like this again. We won’t be returning

We went to Big Mama's Burgers today for lunch and even though they didn't have the food we wanted, we ordered different burgers and fries and it was AMAZING. Legit, best burgers and fantastic customer service. Yes, we did have a wait but the food is cooked fresh and it was still piping hot when we got home. We're going back next week for more. If you dig a good burger, check this place out.
