The toppings were not very flavorful, there were way too many olives (and I like olives), and the crust was not satisfying. To be fair, I wasn't expecting a lot, but I know some people love this place. Hey--we all have different tastes, and that's what makes the world beautiful.

This is usually our go to burger place because of their attention to detail & customer service. However, they last 3 times we ordered (at least 1-3 times a week) it has been a HUGE disappointment. Tonight we ordered 2 cheeseburgers w/ mayo & tots, 1 cheeseburger w/mayo only, 1 burger no cheese, no pickles with mayo add jalapenos w/tots, 1 burger no cheese w/mayo and fries & 1 LG order of fries. After picking the order up & paying over $57 we had cheese and mustard on all the burgers, pickles but no jalapenos on the one that was supposed to be no pickles add jalapenos, only 2 combos w/tots instead of 3, no LG order of fries and 1 cheeseburger actually had 2 sets of buns(the top bun that had mayo & mustard and cheese, the meat, a bun top, a bun bottom & another bun bottom) Not only was the order completely botched but the food was at best unappetizing & was mostly tossed out . We tried to call to at least be able to go back & get LG fries but nobody answered. It was exactly 10pm. Oh, & I never take time to do these type of reviews unless it is for a job well done or to praise excellent customer service. Complaints I like to handle by phone or in person but that couldn't happen so maybe someone who can fix this problem will see this review & do just that & possibly win back customers who spend a few hundred dollars a month at their restaurant.

We were there because it was recommended to us. We went at the lunch hour and were the only customers. It was hard to find a clean table. After waiting 20 minutes we found out that our pizza was made incorrectly and another one was coming. We asked if our order would be free and her reply was that there was no boss there. There had to have been a manager on duty who didn't want to make a decision. Upon using the ladies room, there was no soap. I believe the dispenser was broken. During these times of Covid, this is unthinkable. We will not be returning and I will speak to the person who recommended it of our experience.

I think there comes a time when you stop blaming everyone else and the world for what you have going on in your establishment and reevaluate your own self and business. If things are that hard and it is “ruining” your life outside of your business then it is really worth it to keep going every single day making your life and everyone around you miserable. Maybe close the doors for a couple months for the sake of your mental state and get things together and reopen with a brand new mindset. Everyone needs a break now and then. You don’t want to work yourself to death! You have to want to better this for your self and business! I hope y’all figure it out, many blessings!

The wings were okay, but they took over 20 minutes to make. It was offensive that we were served the soggiest fries ever, they were probably just reheated. There was also that odd smell of when things are cleaned with a dirty cloth or mop.Maybe it’s the new management- but first and last time eating here. Trust the empty parking lot, it’s a good indication of what to expect.
I really like the burgers at Bosses! Wings are good. It is a good local restaurant in Abilene TX.

I ordered from door dash. We had two pizzas a thin crust and a hand rolled. They were both undercooked. Not even the cheese was completely melted.

Was excited to try Bosses lunch buffet, went in with a friend for the lunch buffet. This buffet really went downhill! The salad bar was as if it had been refrigerated a bit too long. Wasn't fresh and a bit dehydrated. There were about 4 pizzas on the buffet. When I tried to order my own pizza selection, I was told I couldn't do that as my only choice was what was out on the buffet. 4 pizzas dissolved really quickly due to the amount of patrons. Macaroni was dehydrated and empty the entire time. Not worth the money. Real disappointment since I really liked Bosses. Hope it gets better soon!

We try to eat at privately owned mom and pop restaurants, so when one of our radio stations offered discounted gift cards, we bought a few before ever eating there. My husband ordered a burger and fries and I ordered a chicken salad. It took 25 minutes to get the burger. After waiting another 20 minutes, I went to check on my salad. It was sitting in the window waiting for someone to get off their cell phone and bring it out to me. When I asked what I assume was a manager, she handed it to me and asked about a dressing, which she dropped on top of the chicken salad. When I told her that she had contaminated my food: I got a lot of attitude and eye rolling. After waiting another 30 minutes, she finally brought my salad. When I asked for a fork; more attitude and eye rolling before she told me where I could get one. Not one time did we get a thank you or even a smile.I DO NOT recommend this restaurant, and even though I don't like wasting money, I will not be using my remaining gift cards, nor will I give them to any of my friends.

The pizza and wings were FANTASTIC. The environment was cool. Random decorations, I loved it. My only complaint was the girl taking the orders definitely didn’t want to be there and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her.
