We came in with a large party of 25 people, and the experience was outstanding. The staff handled our group efficiently and professionally, stayed on top of everything, and never missed a beat. Our food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered, which is impressive with a group that size. The service was friendly, attentive, and well-organized from start to finish. Huge thanks to the team for making it a great experience — we’ll definitely be back!

BW3 needs to rethink their to-go / on-line process. Instead of leaving customers orders sitting out on rack where anyone can take it, maybe keep it behind the counter until the customer arrives. Someone literally stole my 60 wing order. Do better BW3.

This is one of the worst Wild Wings I've ever been to, and I travel for a living and have been to many. I've been here about 4 times now. They barely cook the fries and think I've only gotten warm (not hot fries ) once. Cold greasy undercooked excuse for food. Chicken sandwiches are small and they struggle to get you the actual sandwich that you ordered. If you order a tap beer understand that they will bring it to you maybe 75% full if you're lucky. Other than all of this it's a wonderful place.....

I had an awesome experience thanks to Myra! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and super knowledgeable about the menu — she even recommended a few sauces I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise (and they were spot-on). Our drinks never ran low, our food came out perfectly timed, and she checked in just the right amount — not too much, not too little. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. If you’re stopping by Buffalo Wild Wings, ask for Myra! She’s the kind of server who makes your visit go from good to great.

I haven’t been to a Bdubs in a while and my last experience in another town was not the best. But this one has the best cook I’ve seen. 5 star deserved. Great bartenders too.
over 30 locations to seat 4 or more and they choose to make people wait . What's the point of having open seating and holding everyone telling them 30 min wait time . poor management is what it falls on . keeping your booth full and front entry free and clear . fyi why not staff up for Texas vs OU ? management DO BETTER .

New to town, it was nice to find a familiar chain open late for food. I don’t have many pet peeves, but being acknowledged within a reasonable time is huge for me, and I got more than I deserved when I was greeted by the bartender, Kayla. Beyond her attentiveness, her patience and kindness were constant, even while juggling other duties like doing dishes. Having been in the industry once upon a time, there are those who just have it, and this B-Dubs has a gem in Kayla.

First off, we love Bdubs, get it all the time. Not posting this to be a complainer, but In honest hopes these small issues can be resolved. In previous months we would always get our wings separated with divider and stickers on each corner to show which flavor is which. Lately we get them all tossed around the divider messed up and can’t tell which is which. Also disappointed when we get wings that barely have any sauce and dry to the touch.
Again, we love bdubs, and these are small issues. But as much money as we spend here would love to see more attention to detail that’s all. Thank you! Food is always good!
