Had a delivery and uber was great but Burger King put cheese on my double whopper when I removed it on app. I can not eat cheese. Called Burger King and she said I would have to come and pick it up or get uber to bring it back out. It was their mistake they should pay uber to bring it to my house.

This particular location isn't great. You can place online orders and show up for them to tell you they don't have said item and they will not rectify situation you need to request a refund online. It happens quite often. The location near target is pretty great.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was sent a substitution of croissants. It is NOT Ubers problem. The employee that said she was the Manager and she told me that they DON'T let the delivery driver know that they are out of an item for the delivery driver to contact the customer to see if it is ok to substitute a similar item. I know how the delivery system works and how excellent customer service works. #1: when the driver gets there and you are out of an item let the driver know #2: once you inform the driver you have them contact the customer so that the driver can find out IF it is ok to substitute the item #3: once the driver finds out if it is ok to replace the item then you make the appropriate substitution #4: when the substitution is made and the delivery is delivered you make sure that the driver apologizes on behalf of the restaurant This particular incident is NOT a reflection on Uber Eats, it is a reflection on the MANAGER of the North 1st Burger King.
