Food tasted good.. Got the double whopper… Cashier was really nice… However what irritates me is the fact that I bought jalapeno cheddar bites and a Double Whopper meal on which I like ranch with all 3 item… I spent $13 and they charge for a water cup and ranch… I don’t know if that’s a corporate decision or the store manager’s… But it’s pure greed… I can understand if I wanted excessive amounts or if I didn’t purchase anything, then yes charge for additional sauces… But I asked for 1 after I spent money… So out of principle, I will not be spending money at Burger King food any longer…. Congratulations, you saved .27 cents on ranch… But lost a life long customer… Stay greedy

Messed up half my order and didn't find out until 30 minutes later when I came back to tell them. They replaced what they messed up but the rest of my food ended up being cold by the time it was fixed.50.00 for food is alot of money they need to train Latoya the manager with customer service

Paula was very impatient with Miss Ann when having to fix an order on the computer. There was mold on the lip of the ice release. The fries were not just salted, they were asSALTED. Burger was fine. Atmosphere is nice, brutal industrial vibes. Bathroom was clean. Possibly my first and last time at this location.

Horrible customer service and because they cannot listen and make your order correctly they get an attitude and get mad. Try to tell somebody their band, but in order to ban somebody don’t you have to contact the police?? Maybe your employees need to learn to listen when somebody orders their food and make it correctly and not get mad because you can’t open your ears to listen!

Someone needs to fire the girl doing driver thru total b rude when ordering and rude at the window told me to pull around for 3 things even though the lady in front of me had gotten 3 BAGS then forgot my sauce even though i also asked at the window had to pull back around just for her to hand me 1 and not even reach fully out the window to give it to me

Don't come here . 14 min to get a simple cheese burger.
50 dollars and my fries and orings was cold so cold couldn't eat them Latoya the manager said they would replace only the cold items well guess what by the time I went all the way back and forth my burger will be cold yall messed up my whole dinner that I paid over 48.00 for I see it as poor management! I will never be back and I had been eating at burger King for over 30yrs

Stopped going here years ago, it's been about 10yrs, so I had stopped here to grab a quick bite and it was the best service Ive ever had, food was good too. Byron made it a great experience, hold on to good employees, the bad ones will ruin a business faster than anything!

Well we ordered 2 double croissants and received 2 singles, they were very sloppy. The burritos were sub par at best. The service wasn't good, even the manager was at her wits end. Over all it was just a bad experience, we won't be making this mistake again.
