POOR customer service placed a pickup order and was told to pull around waited 20 minutes went inside and was told it wasn’t ready employees act like they have no sense and don’t care they just stare at you when you need help won’t be retuning to this place at all

Don't come here if you want good service. Placed an online order for a Whopper Jr. With an extra Patty about to pull away after sitting 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru And felt maybe I should check my order. Sure enough. No extra Patty cold as f. Four or five people inside walking around like they don't know up from down and just put an extra Patty on my burger. And hand it back to me.

Messed up half my order and didn't find out until 30 minutes later when I came back to tell them. They replaced what they messed up but the rest of my food ended up being cold by the time it was fixed.
