Went to BK, for breakfast and I thought I used my coupon. Since I gave it to the employee. Got home order was correct but my card was charged more and without the coupon. Called and explained to the manager that afternoon. Was told to come back. And I did with no problem. But apparently, after speaking to a different manager, the employee told me how the manager Scott, felt like I shouldn’t made a big deal and why wait later to call about it. Scott you don’t know people’s life’s and it’s not a customer’s job to make sure your establishment doesn’t f up! Do better & be more thoughtful

I think this BK should be rated higher. The staff were really kind and friendly. Especially given that we drove in at 10:25am right before breakfast closed. I got the croissant sandwich combo and my husband got French toast. It was really hot and fresh. I loved it. The iced coffee/mocha is good too. As someone who just moved to this town from Las Vegas, so far BK is my favorite

If you don't go in and watch them make your food you will get old food. They don't put timers on there fries they just let them sit until they have served them all. The managers just let thus happen. I just don't understand why served old food when you have timers for you to make fresh food.

The Caucasian girl with glasses working drive thru in the morning or afternoon (not accurately sure what time I went through there) should NOT be working in customer service as she is not friendly at all. I already talk to someone in corporate about maybe give their employees some classes on how to treat their customers. That girl was the worst I have ever experienced. She had the worst attitude with me, and they need to stick her in cleaning or something, where she doesn't have to handle transactions with customers. She is not equipped with the necessary skills to work with people. If she doesn't like her job she needs to find another one. I mean you can get an 11.00 an hour job just about anywhere here these days. Why stay there if you hate your job? BURGER KING OFF CLACK PLEASE HIRE BETTER PEOPLE TO REPRESENT YOUR FRANCHISE. ????

Got the impossible Whopper. Never again. That nasty thing is not even worth trying even if your bored and curious. Also got a "normal" Whopper that normal people eat. I think the King took the evening off. Quality was WAY down today. All the flavors were off. From the moment we got the bag in the car we detected a funky smell. The bread wasn't fresh, the meat wasn't hot. Just overall disappointed fake Whopper aside
To be frank, there isn’t much to expect from a Burger King. I go there because it is cheap and near my job, all in all the service is better than expected and the food tastes about the way you would expect.*Side note, not a fan of the spicy nuggets. They were super greasy and covered in a weird grease/seasoning mixture*

This place is just awful. Food was so salty! Some people have sodium issues this would probably kill someone. Ive been there a few times all times it was awfuls you could see a red head girl in the back cussing and there were kids around. There no ambiance to it it was just depressing

I went in for a mobile order to pickup inside. I just wanted to say that the gentleman upfront packing the food was so nice! As soon as I walked in I saw him busy waiting for items to put in the bags. I noticed a manager or shift leader walk by and ridiculed him. She said "What are you doing standing up here talking?" I'm assuming because us customers were waiting for our order. She might be joking and it could be how they talk to each other but from my perspective it was far from the truth.He made sure he doubled checked everyone's order, he made sure there was napkins and ketchup and made sure we had enough of it too. His personality was awesome and he made me feel so welcomed there. I can tell he really enjoys his job and that he's a hardworker.So Thanks it's so refreshing to see someone love what they do even if it's fast food. I really appreciate the kindness.
