Every time I go to this Burger King I say it’s going to be my last time but when I’m in a rush and hungry I end up going and bring disappointed. I ordered a $10 chicken sandwich meal and got a $1 chicken pattie on my sandwich. I’ve also waited 10+ mins at the drive through just to order and was told it was going to be a 4min wait for a 8pc nugget and fry. It actually turned into 10mins and there was no cars in the drive thru. When I got my meal I kid you not there was 7 fries in there smh. This was the last straw. I only wrote about my last two incidents but there was two more.

The hours on the door say closes at 6pm. The hours here say closes at 6pm. Doors were locked at 5:30....I'd review more but they were closed before posted hours. 1 star across the board since I couldn't review because you closed before posted hours.

Have always had an ok experience here. Exactly what I expect out of a fast food restaurant. The new gal they have running the window (darker hair was there around 12:45- 1 today) is always SO kind. Even when you could tell her and her team were having a stressful day. She is always courteous and kind!!

The two employees behind the counter were folding paper crowns. I approached the counter and was rudely informed that they were only serving lunch. It was 9:45 am. The kitchen looked unused and the employees wanted to keep it that way so they did not have to clean anything. The employees clearly did not want to help any customers. Also, the drive through lane has been closed off by cones. This is also a ploy by the lazy employees to not have to work. If this was my franchise, I would fire these two lazy, fluffy ladies immediately.

There was a paper towel hanging over the sink in the toilet with a crudely written warning, "No soap." There was indeed no soap. I watched two employees use this same toilet with no hand soap, then they disappeared back into the kitchen. This was a couple of weeks ago, just got to the review today.

Ran out of original chicken but the young ladies were friendly. Bread stale and soda flat.

This place wouldn’t survive the way it runs if it were off of base. Only thing keeping this place in business is that it’s the only drive through and base personnel need a quick place to eat something. They mess up nearly 4/5 times you go there and the fountain drinks are usually messing up. Oh and it’s usually served cold.

Used to be my favorite location, the last two times ive gone its been terrible. The “bacon king” only had 2 half pieces of bacon on it and both times ive asked to add pickles and they never do. Chocked the last time up to a bought of bad luck but two times in a row a month apart? Never going back.
