I don't understand why it has such a good rating, it is totally far from reality, I ordered a molcajete and it was nothing like what they advertise, they only had 3 types of beer, they advertise micheladas and there is no one to prepare them, the place is silent with no music Basically, there is nothing Mexican about the food except the name, the only redeeming thing was the attention of the waitress, she was friendly, I wouldn't return
to visit

We got seated and it took about 25 minutes before someone even asked us what we wanted to drink finally came back with drinks we ordered food and I ordered Flautas and they brought me taquitos on top of a salad with shredded cheese on top ??‍♀️ I was very confused because it’s a Mexican restaurant and it just not what I expected definitely won’t be returning and I’m just leaving it at that

My husband and I went there for lunch the waitress was nice but when we were seated she told us that they had no salsa and it was still being made. The chips were hard and soggy like they weren't cooked right. We ordered some enchiladas and then she brings out the salsa which was runny like liquid it wasn't salsa. Some other customers come in and were seated behind us. They ordered their food and I hear her tell them they have no shredded cheese. You operate a restaurant and can't keep food ingredients on hand?

Celso's was a a disappointment today. I'm not sure what happened. They had nothing available from their menu. No, Gringa quesadilla, no torta hawaiana, no al pastor, no torta ahogada, so I ended with the most bitter tasting Aguachile in which I could only find three shrimp. I couldn't eat it so I gave it to my husband and he couldn't eat it either. It was an early dinner 4 pm so they should have still plenty. They only good thing today were the chips.

THIRD TIMES IS NORMALLY A CHARM BUT NOT HERE ! The first time we came the food was amazing ….. but this third time which was yesterday 8/03/24 the food was HORRIBLE I WASNT PLEASED SEEM AS IF THEY DROWNED OUR FOOD IN QUESO AND BROUGHT OUT RANCH WITH THE CHIPS TO DIP IN SALSA …. JUST WASNT PLEASED AND TO TOP IT OFF I OPENED MY ENCHILADAS AND IT WAS ONLY A SPOON FULL OF MEAT IN THERE NOT EVN ENOUGH TO TASTE my husband didn’t care for his food either …. Good thing I only spent $20 and it wasn’t even worth that ! ….. don’t think we will be returning will find another Mexican restaurant!

We ate there today 7/22. Tea was basically water and coke tasted awful. I had asked for queso with my cheese enchiladas, did not receive. My husband got enchiladas with ranchero sauce, no sauce. The only good thing was, according to husband, was the charro beans.
The place had a weird smell to it and not a good smell.
There was only one waitress, she was pleasant, but could tell she was stressed.
Will not be going back!

Service was excellent even though it was a busy lunch run. Good was mediocre. I had fajita chicken quesadillas and the chicken was rubbery and chopped in very small cubes. The serving size was gigantic, and would have fed me for 3 meals had it tasted better.

Delicious food! And the spicy cucumber margarita is amazing! If you haven’t tried it yet, you need to!
