I went by myself and was seated immediately because it was after the lunch rush. Then I was ignored for 10 minutes by everyone. When I walked out I was asked why and told them of the wait and being ignored and the reply was “ oh ok.” I won’t go back again.

The food was great and our service was amazing. Kayla is an awesome server, she is very polite and friendly. She didn't write a thing down for our orders and nailed it!! We will definitely be back!

If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. My kids like going there I took them tonight, and my steak had to be send back 2 times because it was still raw. The second time they didn’t even bring my shrimp back with my plate. The sorry manager comes out and says sorry I saw it was bloody the second time, I already took it off your ticket. She then asked if I wanted anything else yes I wanted my meal. She was rude and walked away. This isn’t the first time they have messed up. But it will be the last time I go there under that manager!!!!!

stale chips and spinach dip was dry gummy to stare with. Then after 45 minutes waiting the Chicken tenders were soft and had the wrong sauce on them. The plate was to small for the amount of food. But the waiter him self was good.

This is my first time at Cheddars and seating was fast however it’s been over an hour and we are still waiting to eat and already ate and had our appetizer I understand it’s busy but this is a bit much a couple came in with us ate and left already I’m totally confused when our food did come my husband had the buffalo chicken wrap and I had the New Orleans Pasta my husband enjoyed his wrap and I liked my pasta just wish had more sauce to the pasta cause I liked lots of pasta sauce after eating decided to get desert. But the wait for that was also extremely long and service wait times was horrible

This use 2 b 1 of me and my granny's favorite spots in FL, but they closed it down. Unfortunately my granny passed away and went her birthday came, me n my partner went there 2 celebrate her. The order took a lil min, but the food was great. We had a great time on our date.

Short wait at the door, the place was packed. Service at the table was fast and the food was great. I always recommend the salmon. First time trying a Cheddars Painkiller drink and it's my new favorite.
Decent atmosphere. Food service was extremely poor. Took 45 mins for the monster cookie. It’s cold and doesn’t taste good at all. Would consider staffing the restaurant better. Jordan looked too busy.
Either way, won’t come back.

Food is fair at best. Best thing is the croissant. Mashed potatoes dry, looked like leftovers, green beans greasy and sweet. Chicken strips ok but not great.

The place was nice but our server regularly seemed to forget us, we were there for an hour before our food was brought to us and it was nothing special. It was not worth the price thats for sure! Overall i won't be going back.
