Order number 2523002191072544. Made the order at 6:11 . They gave a estimate time of it being ready 6:30ish . It's 7:13 just received the food . Manger said they would discount. They haven't yet but said they'd leave it open so we will see . Seems they really need good staff here. Requested utensils there were none. Everything else seems fine. Just happy my order was right

The spinach dip was put in a small queso bowel and it's supposed to be put in a boat bowel the oz., are very different of what you are paying for. Basically they are trying to make you pay for the correct portion but giving you less product. Plus came here month ago late night for dinner and ordered the Alfredo shrimp pasta. So did 3 other people I guess they ran out of Alfredo cause the sauce was watered down and plates weren't given enough sauce for pasta . All 3 customers were unsatisfied. Manager gave me a free chips and salsa card but I didn't eat that night. I had to go to a different place to get my Alfredo dish that night.

There wasn't much that I liked about this place, but the initial greeting! The waitress took almost an hour to take our order so the granddaughter that my daughter and I took out to eat on her supper work break didn't even get to see what she ordered until we took it to her in a to go box! The cheese bites tasted like cardboard, I couldn't eat my broccoli because it was so hard nor my very expensive steak because it was too tough to chew! The waiter only came back once, and the to go box i asked her for took 15 mins or more just to go get! The bill was $70 something, and for the 1st time in my life, I didn't leave a tip!

We started off there about 10 till 7 pm and were seated pretty quickly. That was the highlight of the visit. When we sat down we waited 30 mins just for a drink. I ordered a steak well done and was served a bloody steak. After waiting another 40 mins I was served another bloody steak. We asked for a manager who never came to the table. We asked up front for a manager and they still chose not to come. We were there almost 2 hours and I never got to eat. I never got to speak to a manager. Our service was horrible. To top it off they charged us full price for everything. I'm still hungry and paid almost 40 dollars for some drinks and my husband's plate whom they also got wrong. I will not be returning. Such bad management and business .

Went for lunch today. Appetizer was delicious, onion rings. We had steaks hubby had the 8 oz I had the 6 oz medium. Cooked just right. Sides were very good. Broccoli casserole looked dry. Next time we come back I will ask for less seasoning on steaks. It was a bit much. Our server was awesome did everything just right. I did notice the floors were slick. While we were waiting for a table I noticed a lady walking funny. Then I realized why. I had to walk very carefully so I wouldn't fall. My husband even said it was slick. All in it was a great lunch. We have a food truck so we enjoy different foods as we go on Mondays and get our product.

I had about the most worst experience at the Cheddar's here in Abilene the host was a really snobby child that did not listen to any of our recommendations about where we would have to sit the place was empty stuck Us in the very back beside the bathroom in the dark these people really need to get it together and now I know why it's empty and no one wants to go in there will never go back again and recommend other people to really think twice before dying

There was no wait for a table and was seated immediately. However, after nearly ten minutes of waiting, I had to ask the hostess to send my waiter. He was very apologetic about the wait. I asked for an order of their famous croissants. I recall from visiting other locations, that it comes with three croissants. The menu at this location said it was two, and I was fine with that. However, when it came out, there was only one on the plate, so definitely a disappointment. The experience was ok, nothing great.
