What can you say about chic-fil-a...consistent, consistent, consistent. We live in West Texas, road trips are 5 hr minimum anywhere we go. The people working there are always very friendly, but I have always found the meat at Chick-fil-a to have a weird consistency to it. The fries are usually really well salted and satisfyingly crunchy though!
