Worst Chik-fil-a I’ve been to. They forgot an item I paid extra for. I called to notify them and they told me to call their customer care line but before getting off the phone I asked the member of the “leadership” team for his name. He says have a good day and hangs up. I called back a couple more times and he doesn’t answer. So I called the extension he gave me and it goes straight to voicemail. Why is it so hard to get an item that they forgot? Normally places say to come back with a receipt and they’ll give me whatever they forgot to give me. The man name is Jordan and he’s a “leader”. This is what he’s teaching his staff how to deal with customers. So I advise you to check your bag for every item because to receive a missing item that you pay for you’re going to have to leave a message and they’ll get back to you at THEIR convenience. My husband and I went through here. The fries tasted like the grease needed to be changed and they were kind of cold. Usually don't have issues with chick-fil-a, but that day was a bad day for them
Driving through town on a long road trip. Saturday morning was extremely busy and the drive thru was 12 cars deep at least. Ordered 4 breakfast meals and move out of everyone's way. Get down the road a realize we're missing a sandwich from one of our combo meals. The parking lot is chaos with no parking so I decide to not deal with the traffic so we left. Needless to say, check your order because Chick-fil-A isn't perfect. The other meals were fine.
