Anytime I order a frozen coffee with cookie crumbs on delivery, there's no cookie crumbs, but I still get charged the extra amount.

I orderd 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and recieved 2 plain biscuits and hashbrowns that looked like they were blended just a pile of broken destroyed hashbrowns .but the real problem is plain biscuits nothing on them at all and refused to give my money back this is rhe last time I got to any abilene texas store.the management seems to think that it's ok to screw people over and when they get caught they try to bribery by giving free food later.try making it right the first time and do something when it's wrong not we ate sorry we can't make your order correctly.they don't understand that people want the order correct even if it takes longer hot correct food is the key to good business

The service is always wonderful but the food itself is another thing.... This isn't the first time this week this has happened but the food portion is ridiculous. I ordered an ADULT 3 COUNT STRIP and the size was extremely small like the length of my finger and super thin. I just don't understand how someonecan bag that up and be like Yup this is going to feed an adult even tho it looks like a toddlers chicken strip. I just think it would be nice to receive a meal that's actually worth the money instead of still being hungry....
