I orderd 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and recieved 2 plain biscuits and hashbrowns that looked like they were blended just a pile of broken destroyed hashbrowns .but the real problem is plain biscuits nothing on them at all and refused to give my money back this is rhe last time I got to any abilene texas store.the management seems to think that it's ok to screw people over and when they get caught they try to bribery by giving free food later.try making it right the first time and do something when it's wrong not we ate sorry we can't make your order correctly.they don't understand that people want the order correct even if it takes longer hot correct food is the key to good business

Awful location people seem to fight over the lines as others cut from the back. Friendly staff MOST visits, however my food is always missing something. Inside visits most the times the tables are always dirty

The service is always wonderful but the food itself is another thing.... This isn't the first time this week this has happened but the food portion is ridiculous. I ordered an ADULT 3 COUNT STRIP and the size was extremely small like the length of my finger and super thin. I just don't understand how someonecan bag that up and be like Yup this is going to feed an adult even tho it looks like a toddlers chicken strip. I just think it would be nice to receive a meal that's actually worth the money instead of still being hungry....

I go to this chick-fa-la frequently and at one point I stopped going because a manager hung up on me after my delivery got canceled and I was asking for a refund. Every single time I have attempted to order delivery it has been cancelled. Today I went through the drive through and waited 18 minutes while they helped 10 cars who got there after me, before me. Plus they weren’t even that busy the cars that pulled up waited less than two minutes to be served. On top of that wait I had to go back because I didn’t get one of my drinks. I’m very unimpressed with this location. It seems it doesn’t have the usual Chick-fil-A customer experience. And there’s never a correction for the issue. I’m very disappointed.
