Came in at 9pm almost time for close francisco trey and sierra showed me some of the best hospitality ive ever had at chicken express and considering how my last visit went at another location this was wayyy better i loved all their personalities and the way they treated me idk it was a great experience and great conversation with them i recommend coming here

I've been a recurring customer for at least the past year so all the consistent workers know specifics of my order and even my name. One worker named Sabrina blurted a specific part of my order to her co-workers in a negative manner. After hearing the comment from her and talking with Angela (head manager) I decided to not even order. I was absolutely disgusted with the comment and won't be attending this location for a while because of it. I usually have a good experience, but not today.

I love this location! Today however, wasn't exactly happy. It took 15-20 minutes to get my meal, and the worst of it, was that the handler wasn't wearing any gloves and I and another customer, watched him touch EVERYTHING- from the sides, to the bread, and of course, the chicken. Not sure of the sanitation here. I would eat here if those standards are met.

This is the SECOND time my order was messed up, 3 piece two wings one thigh, popperes and corn nuggets. Didn't get my roll, no wings, two breast and a thigh, had to remind them, just tobget my drink. Im done, time to find a new spot, for what they changed, then mess up my order, no thank you.

The food is way below average compared to most restaurants.
The sweet tea in the past has always been the very best I have ever had from any where.However the last 2 days I have gone to purchase it, it’s not hardly been sweet at all.And I speak loudly and clearly every time but when I get to the window it’s been wrong.Please fix this, I love your sweet tea. I went through the drive through and asked for cups of ice and a sweet tea along with family size fries and mac n cheese.the guy at the window told me he couldn't sell me ice so I got cups of tea and requested him to pack the ice because it melts so quickly in tea because it's hot.he refused and now on the road and stopped to eat n drink our tea and it's hot and no ice in it.....I feel he could of at least filled the cup s with ice then add the tea..but the sides I ordered tasted good..

The drive thru can be slow at times. But most of the time they are pretty quick and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh.
