The sweet tea in the past has always been the very best I have ever had from any where.However the last 2 days I have gone to purchase it, it’s not hardly been sweet at all.And I speak loudly and clearly every time but when I get to the window it’s been wrong.Please fix this, I love your sweet tea. I went through the drive through and asked for cups of ice and a sweet tea along with family size fries and mac n cheese.the guy at the window told me he couldn't sell me ice so I got cups of tea and requested him to pack the ice because it melts so quickly in tea because it's hot.he refused and now on the road and stopped to eat n drink our tea and it's hot and no ice in it.....I feel he could of at least filled the cup s with ice then add the tea..but the sides I ordered tasted good..

In town running some errands and wanted some chicken. Jackie on drive thru helped me out and was the example of great customer service. Drove 20 min home to find my chicken thoroughly cooked, seasoned perfectly and my day made with an easy meal.
Driving in from Hawley Sunday evening about 6:10, placed my order, added 2sets of poppers. The girl working the drive-thru was a little rude and could barely understand her on the speaker. Drove up to the window, gave me the total, I paid and got the drinks and a bag of food. I asked her if the poppers were in the bag and she replied” Their in there “ in her rude tone, drove back to my house twenty miles away, and my poppers were not in the bag. Chicken Express needs to do better, I did go out of my way to go to them, I past about 5-7 restaurants to choose from. My next trip to Abilene for food will not be Chicken Express.

I would like to start off with saying that I know if I make this post I may get some backlash, but I don’t care. This is my opinion frankly chicken express has been one of my favorite places to eat at. I love the food. I love the service. The staff is always wonderful so I have no problems with those things. The only thing I’m worried about now is chicken express is the highest chicken place in town. I just believe that it’s way overpriced now it’s so much to buy chicken specially chicken tenders. It just doesn’t make sense, but since prices is going up and everybody blames it on the economy, I just had to slow down my spending at chicken express because the things they are getting way too high for me personally to eat all the time if if I go eat there, I’ll just go treat myself you know maybe once or twice But yeah, the prices wouldn’t outrageous. I’d be there two or three times a week but besides that everything else is wonderful. I don’t know what they think the chicken is made out of gold. It’s not the staff at the restaurant is the company the headquarters that makes the prices so I understand that part so but friendly service everything else is wonderful. I just wanted to add that that it’s kinda way overpriced chicken thanks
