The order was not correct, so I had to make a trip back to the restaurant to pick up missed items. The chicken was good, although the batter was missing on some of it. Biscuit was not very fresh. We got tenders, okra, and corn nuggets instead of a drink. The corn nuggets were missed on both orders. Most people get a drink and one side, so it was just an oversight, but I have had this happen before here.

Ran into an AWESOME employee today who was fast kind and helpful! I came in while they were busy amd ordered $80 worth of food. She took my order without flinching haha. Clean and cute Christmas decor. The employee went above and beyond and even helped me carry my order out to the car. All that food was done within 10 minutes!! Her name was Angela. Love this location.

I love this Chicken Express. Sherrie is always so nice! I get better service here than what I get at some sit down restaurants. The food is always hot, good and accurate, and the unsweet tea is perfect.

I typically go to this Chicken Express once a week, but I went tonight and the spicy chicken tenders were hard and dry. We assumed that they had been cooked and sat under the heater for a while, because it was mostly inedible. So I called and asked to speak with Octavius and he told me that he didn't believe me because he cooked them. Unbelievable. No restaurant has ever told me something like that before. Not going there again.

We just moved to Abilene and I haven't been to Chicken Express in forever! The cashier was such a sweet heart and brought us extra plates and napkins for our family! Food was delicious!
Just went here for Drinks... ordered got to the window and the lady at the window did not say a single word. Took my card gave me the drinks gave back my card and closed the window no receipt. No one single word... where did customer service go?

I ordered the catfish, hushpuppies and fried okra. Everything tasted great and was served hot. The staff are very friendly as well. The restaurant was very clean. I will stop here again for sure!
