The server was excellent she did amazing st her job but I’m pretty sure I left my Id 😭 in there I was sitting close to the window

When I sat down the guy so would you like some chips and salsa I said yes and then it was $6.50 on the bill Nice move dude. The chicken wings were freaking like sawdust they were so dry which sucked cuz the sauce was really good

Waited more than 5 mins for bartender to even ask what we wanted. Then waited more than 10 minutes before leaving because we still never got our drinks. They were not very busy.

The server was the best part about our visit. The food was overpriced for the quality of what we received. The chicken crispers were very small/dry/cold, our big mouth bites were like trying to eat hockey pucks, the southwest egg rolls seemed like they were from another order sitting in the kitchen and added to my order, dried out and disgusting. Seems like every time we go the food quality keeps diminishing.

Went in the other day to catch up with some family members I hadn't seen in a while.
Upon entering, one of the girls whispered something to the hostess and the Hostess then proceeded to tell one of my family members "I think you're trespassed". This
was news to us. We asked to speak with the manager and he explained to us (without any prior notice, paper work, or legal obligation) said family member has been trespassed and could not be in the building when their ex girlfriend is working but was welcome to come back after her shift was over. I did not know that's how being trespassed worked. I thought you either are or you're not. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, unethical and felt very discriminatory. If those are truly the standards half of Abilene would not be allowed to dine there. We then had to call the rest of the family that was meeting up with us( 7-8 other people) and break the news to them. It was an absolute joke. Seems to me if a team member cannot perform their job for one dinner without throwing a tantrum they probably should get a different job and some help.

It took over an hour to get my order, and when we did it was cold. The table in front got here after us and got their food 30 mins before us and we had the same number in our party.

The food was not as good as in the past. I always loved the chicken crisper, but they have changed the breading, and wasn't good. Portions were way smaller than in the past as well, and nothing was hot when it was served. Everything was lukewarm or cold. Very disappointed. Don't plan on returning.

Ordered via the app so I could use my lunch break to go grab my food and bring it back to work. All I ordered was chips and salsa. I get back to work and open the to-go bag to discover the chips are COVERED in oil and are chewy as a result. If I were dining in this wouldn’t have been a big deal as I could have simply requested another basket, but I can’t have another break to go grab more chips. PLEASE implement some quality control for your chips, this is not even the first, second, or third time I’ve received bad chips in a to-go order from here.

Placed and online order tonight... decided I wanted chili's for my birthday... what a horrible idea on my part. Went to pick up the order. glanced at the salad that I had to pay an additional $1 to get and thought... nah! this looks really small..let me just check it when I get to the car. Get to the car and take it out. I could count the pieces of lettuce in this salad - it was 10 pieces if you would like to know. I go back into the to go area because I felt that surely this is wrong, and they will remake it. I requested that the salad be remade. The little girl with the stank attitude told me that is the portion. So I am supposed to eat cheese and croutons with salad dressing? Her response, we can take the cheese off. Needless to say, she needs to be thankful it was my birthday.... she needs to learn customer service. So I told her that I wanted to speak with a manager. She leaves and returns to say that the manager is busy right now and will be there when she can. I asked if there was another manager on duty.. she sarcastically stated the manager is busy and said she would be with you when she is done. So THIS bad attitude is strike 2. So the manager comes, as she walks up I told her to hold on I am getting the rest of my $32 order so I can get my money back. She said something as I was exiting but I was no longer interested in hearing. Mind you, this manager was sweet and pie. She explained this is the portion size. So basically, Chili's is charging more to give less...not in this economy... She told me she would credit the money back to me and I could keep the food. Nope... dont WANT the food... that is the purpose of giving it back and wanting my money back. Once I am not happy, I no longer want anything to do with you. So then I ask about a receipt of proof that my money was credited. She said since I placed the order online she couldn't give me any proof but it takes 5 days and if its not there in 5 days, just contact the location and they would issue the credit again... so NOW I dont have my birthday meal, I dont have proof of the credit, I have to wait on my money to come back, AND should there be an issue, I have to wait again. Chili's you have officially seen the last of my business. I will be posting on EVERY site about this piss poor encounter.
