Female bartender on Sunday, December 14, 2025 in the evening is absolutely the worst bartender in the business. Rude, unprofessional, and frankly shouldn’t be allowed to work in this industry. Chili’s is my go to diner when out town on business, this location is struggling with staff. In my 40 plus years of visiting Chili’s, this young lady bartender is the worst!

We came here for dinner the day after Thanksgiving for my husbands birthday ,we hadn't eaten here for like 5 years and heard that they changed their ribs back to the old style baby back ribs and wanted to give them a try. I ordered the margarita of the month and the waitress brought it out to me in a regular soda cup glass, no flair or anything. I asked if they could put it in the original margarita glass that it's supposed to come in and she said all the glasses were dirty, ok, I get that but they couldn't have fancied up the regular soda water glass cup if the other ones were dirty? Also my husband saw multiple people order the margarita after me and they somehow got it how it was advertised. We both ordered the full rack of ribs and were given 4 little cups of bbq sauce and then got charged extra when we asked for some to go because we didnt have enough. The ribs were okay, they are like a mix of the old style baby back ribs and the texas style ribs. It was $100 for 2 kids and 2 adults and we expected an overall better experience. For $100 it just was not worth a 2 star experience and I don't think we'll be back for awhile.

Me and my boyfriend came in on a very busy Saturday night, even though there was a wait they were able to get us seated on a small high top. Our chips and queso came as we were still ordering our food. We got a qp burger and a triple dipper. The beer and shot we ordered came out immediately. The server, Chris B. wanted to warn us it might be a wait because of how busy it is, but there wasn’t a delay on the food at all. It came out fresh and crispy. Our server, Chris B, and the manager Chelsea were great, awesome attitude, super attentive, friendly, and they made the whole experience even better than it always is. Great location! Keep it up!! Got there around 6:30 pm on a Friday and it was packed already. People were waiting. Asked for a table and the wait was under 10 mins. Usually any other Chilis the wait is usually 45 mins or so. Food was quick too, maybe 15 - 20 mins. Service was great, waitress was always checking to see if we needed anything even though she was busy with other bigger tables.

When my husband and I walked in the hostess didn't smile didn't greet us or anything. We ended up getting our on table in the bar. She acted very rude. Never been treated that way here. She has very long purple hair. Other than that our experience was great.
I'm from California and visit Chili's often. I have to say the Chili's in Texas seem run down. They are in desperate need of a remodel. Out bartender was very good. He was attentive and brought out drinks and food fast.

Waiter was named Chase. Dude was busy. The man did not miss an opportunity to show first class service. He was on point, and made the whole meal amazing. Good time all around. Management needs to make sure they keep that dude.
