Nothing but a bunch kids ! My whole order was poorly thrown together! We had to take it back in TWICE ! Then we get home the fries are cold my husband chicken sandwhich had no lettuce just a plan chicken breast…. Oh it was a disaster! WONT EVER RETURN TO THIS ONE ….. save your money and go to the one on STATE HWY !

After finding out how incompetent Chuy's is in Abilene, TX. Our party of 14 quickly went to Chili's. The service, food, etc was top notch as we knew it would be. Thank y'all for making our daughters 18th Birthday meal for her and our family wonderful. We truly appreciate it.

Eight of us arrived at one on a Sunday. Food came out at 2. Everything was cold except for one order of fajitas. The burgers were so cold, the cheese didn't melt! The manager did comp 50%, but even so, we wont be back.

My boyfriend and I visited Chili's this evening at 9 PM (an hour before closing) and were promptly seated. Our waitress, Shaylee, who prefers to be called Shay, was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. She consistently checked in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if we required anything further. Her customer service was exceptional, and it was truly the best I have experienced in a considerable amount of time. Thank you, Miss Shaylee, for your outstanding service. I sincerely hope your manager acknowledges your hard work, as you are truly deserving of recognition.

I guess here at Chili's if you are a smaller party you get seated first. We showed up around 8ish after Wylie Choir show. We watched as people left and smaller parties came in. All seated when maybe a few of those tables could be put together. Or maybe it is because you don't want handicap people in your restaurant. Yes I need a big scooter to get around. This is the first time in many years we decided to give Chili's a go again only to be disappointed again. There was one waiter that that mentioned something to the hostess about him clearing a table and she told him we can wait to go about doing his job. I wish we had a chance to be that waiters customers. This young man is a true asset as a waiter. There were 5 in our party and you couldn't miss me I had a big red scooter. So now it may be another 5 to 10 years before we try Chili's again.

Our waitress, Celeste, was simply the best! She was very sweet. Made sure our drinks were never low and was really just all around delightful. The food was delicious and came out in a reasonable time.
