So I showed up to Chili’s about 1020. I’ve been calling and they said no one has been calling but I had for at least 25 minutes and I go into order. They’re still open mind you but they refused service now this is the manager doing this to me any person that has a management position make sure customers that you usually go there a lot leave happy I probably won’t ever go back there not to that location because it was unprofessional, and the manager showed the lack of care for his job and for the company works for you think about high gym because the man you had on duty tonight which is July 14, 2025 definitely does not represent well

This chillis sucks super long wait times even if the place isn't very busy. Food doesn't come with everything and you have to ask for the food cause they forget and no napkins and no refills it's like the servers disappear and you don't see anyone till the check comes no customer service at all! The Northside is great! But South side chillis needs work. You spend 50 bucks and don't get any customer service.

I ordered the 3 for $10.99 and only got my drink and entree. They didn’t bring my appetizer. He never checked back. Just sad that they want a tip but not willing to serve and earn it like I worked to earn it to spend on a meal out
I ordered chicken bacon ranch quesadillas… 3 HAIRS INSIDE THE QUESADILLA!!! SICK!!!! server was great and apologized, not her fault of course but just absolutely sick!!!

Went to Chiilis on 2/13 placed an order. We'll before closing. Live axp 5 min away EVERYTHING COLD not even luke warm. SMH 🤦 They are already not great , bad service, and now bad take out ... So I am editing this review to 1 star

The restaurant wasn’t very busy during our visit, but it seemed they were short-staffed. We had to wait for a table despite there being visible empty tables. Once seated, the food did not disappoint. I ordered the Triple Dipper with a side of fries, and it was perfect for sharing with my daughter.
The service was a bit slow, likely due to the staffing issue, but overall, the meal was enjoyable, and the food quality made up for the delays. A good experience, but with room for improvement on service.
Parking: There is construction next to the restaurant so parking was limited.

Food was good. Our server was great. It didn't take long to receive our food but I ordered a lemon drop martini and I received a lemon margarita. I returned it only to receive a lemon drop martini that I could not drink because of a fishy smell on the glass and surgar on the rim also had a fishy taste it was awful. I did order another drink, I paid for my drink but I was not about to drink it. I will return because whom ever the bartender was that day hopefully will not be there when I go back again😩
