Second time ever at Chipotle. The zoomer kid behind the counter just stared at me and waited for me to start ordering. IDK what the options are bro you just have vats of brown and white slops can you maybe tell me what we are working with here on this assembly line?

Delicious food, fast, friendly service. Overall great experience. Brandon served my son and I. He had a great attitude and disposition. I told him to surprise me with what would be his favorite burrito it did NOT disappoint. 10/10 fantastic. Anyway, thank you Brandon!

14 dollars for a bowl to be half full. Might as well switch the spoons they use to serve since they never take a full scoop.

I had a great experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill recently! From the moment I walked in to pick up my order, the customer service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

I tried the new honey chicken with double chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, and the rice was cooked fresh and perfectly fluffy. Everything tasted amazing and was prepared just the way I like it.

The only downside is that there’s no drive-through, so if you order ahead for takeout, you do have to go inside to pick it up. But honestly, the great service and fresh food make it worth the quick trip inside. Highly recommend giving this location a try!

This store is ran by children. I noticed they put more food on their friend’s plates, than regular customers. I would never visit this location again. You can clearly see the favoritism in the air. The toilet in the women’s restroom was backed up, and the store was not clean.

Had chipotle yesterday and it was disappointing, the rice was hard not even cooked. The food tasted like it was microwaved nothing is good anymore here. Would not recommend this location better off eating a frozen dinner.

1st they half served my rice by splitting one scoop onto 2 sepreat burritos and then added guac to them when I ask for it on the side.. I only paid due to me having to get the food to my gf who just gave birth and that's what she was craving.. the allsups gas station up the road would've been better then this

When I went to place a to go order in the restaurant. The gentlemen helping me was very kind and professional I told him I was ordering multiple things. So he began to make everything while passing down the line. Then a blonde headed lady wearing glasses who later on said she was the manager. Began to bark orders at the two employees about keep it moving. She then rushed my order to the point that she herself messed up on one of my tacos. She then told the gentlemen to get her another taco in a very rude tone. He then questioned what size tortilla. She snapped at him a taco! Then very loudly said I should not have to ask him 4 times. Then continued to rush through my order. To the point I couldn’t even really get a word in and almost forgot things. Then the credit card machine started having issues and declining my card even though I had my bank app open and knew I had enough funds. That’s when she in a very rude tone asked why can’t I just use another card. I explained that was my only card to use. She then told me I needed to go get cash and come back. So I had to leave go to the atm where my card worked fine. When I was trying to talk to the cashier about it she butted in. That’s when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager which shocked me to realize how poorly she treats her staff. The way she spoke to them was demeaning and disrespectful. The way she dismissed me was extremely disrespectful. She has no customer service skills. This was a huge inconvenience for me. My kids love chipotle but I for see never going back to that location again due to the most unprofessional disrespectful manger I have ever experienced.

Had the misfortune of meeting Ashley today. She is as rude as she gross.

I had issues with using the scan to earn rewards and she scalded me -- talked to me like I was the dumbest person on the planet. She was even more rude to me when I had multiple payment methods and a reward. This lady marred my day. Grow up.

Asked for a bowl with white rice and they gave me the tiniest Scoop ever. Not only that when I asked for a little bit of hot sauce the dude poured up whole scoop of it on top. Then tried charging me for extra when I didn’t ask for any.

Horrible!!! I even tried to warn the cold food up it was trash! I love chipotle but last night was by far the worst food I’ve ever had from them, the rice wasn’t cooked meat cold brand hard cheese a mess!!! You all don’t even want to see photos we tried to eat the dog food trash!! That guy was wrong for selling us that last night….smh!! I really hyped the place up until we got home
