My husband loves this place, so I go here pretty regularly to pick up food for him or both of us sometimes. They're very good at actually listening to how you want your order.
When they get busy, though, they can forget things (like the salsa for a chips and salsa order). They just get overwhelmed, though, it's not that they intentionally try to mess with your order.
Sometimes they will run out of pretty major things. My husband stopped in tonight to get something for himself before heading home (I've got a cold so he was being nice and giving me a break from being in charge of dinner). But they were completely out of chicken and steak. He was pretty disappointed.
Parking: There are only two handicap parking spots, and it's a pretty small parking lot.

My sister is a vegetarian and she bought their almost $12 sofritas bowl. Got it home and it had beef in it. Food wasted. Money wasted. She can’t eat it. I try to call the store, so that they could make it right somehow. Hoping for a refund, since this is not what was ordered. You can’t talk to anyone at their store. They use an automated system. But you can instant message a chat bot. After way too long with the bot, It sent me to someone (I assume is a real person) named Abigail that told me “I’m sorry that you have had so many disappointing experiences at our restaurants and will certainly reach out to our restaurant team with your most recent comment. Unfortunately, I’m not able to compensate every time an order isn’t perfectly satisfying. We are always grateful to hear from customers trying to help us to improve, and I hope that your experiences with us turn around soon.” I do not know what that “so many disappointing experiences” comment is about… I don’t know what any of that is about. I’m messaging about this singular instance… but I wasn’t even offered the chance to respond, it automatically kicked me back to the chatbot.
Anyways, I’m annoyed and disappointed in chipotle. Apparently you have to watch the workers like a hawk to make sure they don’t put meat in your vegetarian bowl by accident. Because you won’t get a refund or new food when they are the ones that mess it up.
With this poor of customer service, I recommend just eating somewhere else.
Super salty food. Have never experienced this at another chipotle

Spent 57 dollars Uber in two bowls to tie Texas and the rice was so undercooked that it made the meal completely inedible.

There were 3 of us and we shared a bowl: rice, barbacoa, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. We each ordered a small guacamole, which was delicious. We got a bag of chips and teas.
This was my first trip Chipotle. I will definitely be back!!!

Don't go to this chiptole if you're in abilene go to north side off i 20 these people don't care for customers, and consistently mess something up with no way to get in contact with the actual store. Terrible business management, a reason I will only go to north side, was just working on south side so this was closer

I go to order food excuse my language I don’t know the young lady but she resembles miss piggy. The one who scoops the meat makes the bowl etc…. I order a bowl with steak and she literally gave me 10 pieces of steak??? I asked if that’s all I get she was like yeah unless you get extra… I just had them finish my bowl and had them throw it.

This is probably the worst location Ive been too. Walked in and the main door slams behind me bc it need to be repaired. Walked to the line and the cook and possible supervisor or coworker are having a disagreement. The line isnt stocked up on any meat but line worker makes my bowl anyways. No worries Ill pay extra for brisket and take less meat too. Sorry but its true just the thought I had. Walk over to get a spoon and there is no spoons or knives. Thankfully they were able to find some. Last but not least the rice that looked freshly topped of is definitely undercooked. I will say that the owners need to look at there business and address these issues for starters and possibly hire more workers if understaffed. Let me know when the issues are fixed and I’ll update my review.

The staff are always pleasant and move quickly, I've been to a lot of locations across the USA and its nice to see a team that communicates needs and orders efficiently like they communicate with their customers.
Vegetarian options: there are plently of veg options for those seeking alternatives to animal based proteins.
Parking: small lot but enough spaces for most timelines.
