I ate there a few months ago it was good. I went to the one one 351 in Abilene to place a order to go they told me the order has to be placed on line, I told them it wouldn't let me place a order. It took all my debit card information but after I put in area code it said order couldn't be processed

Kinda chaotic inside but I came in during dinner rush. Ended up leaving, ordering online and coming back in 15 to pick it up. Made the right move.
For some reason they had one employee working the line inside and two employees working the line for online orders, seemed mismanaged.
My quesadilla also had little steak compared to what I’m used to for what it’s worth.
Was cooked to perfection though. Kudos to the chef 👨🍳

Tonight we went into Chipotle and had a great experience! The two young men working were very nice and did us right! The young man making the burritos did a great job. My husband only gets meat and shredded cheese. My daughter gets a little rice, chicken, and shredded cheese. Most chipotle locations barely give them any meat and they end up with mostly tortilla. Tonight they had a normal portion of meat and my bowl was done great too! The young man checking us out was super nice too. This was a way better experience than the San Angelo locations! Thanks guys!

Rice was really hard couldn’t eat it without spitting hard pieces of rice out. Couldn’t enjoy it and ended up only eating the steak and threw everything else out. Very disappointed.

Our takeout order was full of slimy raw chicken. Took a few bites thought something was off and cleaned the queso off my chicken to find half of it uncooked.

Got a bowl with fajitas veggies that were so slimy. 🤢🤮 I ended up not being able to eat it at all. It was so gross. I thought a squid was in my food as slimy as off colored the veggies were!

I went in at 10pm well before closing time and the woman at the front on Friday 9/5/25 working the counter told me that I couldn’t order my food because they didn’t have any more white rice and despite having almost an hour left to go she refused to make more. I had to leave empty handed. What a huge letdown.
