Portion sizes are GREAT if you eat in (& super small if you order online). Highly recommend for great, fresh food delivered fast with personality. Everything is great from the sofritas to the steak.

if i could give a zero i would.... ordered delivery via their phone app, when order arrived was missing over half the ingredients, which included ingredients that had add-on charges... Drove down to their store to get it fixed, and they told me even though I ordered through THEIR app and that they were the ones to mess up, I had to call doordash. Doordash referred me to chipotle's customer support. They initially tried to give me 1 free meal, but told them i wanted a full refund because I paid way more than the price of 1 free meal. Customer service rep put me on hold then after another 5 mins went to survey... not even sure if i got my refund.....

I ordered my food for 6:10pm. went in late and it still wasn’t ready so i assumed it would be nice and fresh. it was not. as well as me driving 20 mins home just to realize they ran out of rice and didn’t say anything. (so if you run out of something and can’t let us know. give us extra of something else)i went back after trying to call and getting met with an automated robot. which i figure they do so you can’t complain over the phone to a real personso i went it and complained. something i never do. but we dont get chipotle ever. so i wasnt going to spend $13 for what i got. as well as it missing the rice. the manager was there and they were out of a lot of food so i ask if i could get a remake they said yes. while that happens it seems chipotle only caters if you come inside. while i got this bowl on the left. another customer inside had a bowl overflowing.Now. If you run out of food. make some more. this chipotle and its employees don’t want to keep working and cooking for the amount of customers they get and would rather run out of food and not tell you but still charge you and give you less food.i dont condone being a karen. but these restaurants need to start being for the customers and stop worrying about how much they’re trying to save. when in reality if you’d make enough you’d never have these issues. now you don’t want to cook more food and skimp us on what we pay for??anyways. the food was good after ofc a complaint and going in person. otherwise i would of had to call the robot and possibly get a refund the next day.IF YOU RUN OUT OF SOMETHING ONLINE LET US KNOW. AND CORPORATE, YOU NEED TO YODATE THE ONLINE ORDER TO MAKRCH WHAT FOOD YOU HAVE AND DONT.THERES INLY ONE CHIPOTLE IN ABILENE. ITS NOT HARD.

I want to say that I absolutely love Chipotle but this location has had issues for a while. To go orders have been consistently delayed, food portions vary greatly, the food prep area is always messy, and the service isn’t always kind.Tonight though, I watched as five employees chased an upset customer out the patio door of the restaurant with the intent the fight him but were talked down by other employees. Furthermore, I also witnessed the older woman (who I assume is a manager) get into an argument with a different customer. She wasn’t interested in helping the customer and at the end of their interaction the manager called the customer a Karen to her face. She displayed a lack of professionalism that was entirely uncalled for and my entire experience in the store tonight was extremely uncomfortable. Despite my attempts to cancel my order through the app, I was unable to do so. I waited quietly in the tense environment just hoping my food would be ready so I could leave.Regrettably, I won't be returning to this location. I believe Chipotle could greatly benefit from reassessing the management and operations here to ensure a more positive experience for patrons and its employees.

Picked up my order and it seemed OK till I noticed no drinks went back in and got them no problem got home 20 miles away and only one order of chips should have been 2 my bowl was on its side leaking on the bag and probably my seat food tasted good and they were pretty busy so the mistakes were

I just got into town, I’m from the Denton area. Been eating at Chipotle since I was about 13 years old and I’m almost 37. Hands down my favorite place to eat, I get that right now prices are up for everything and Chipotle has raised their prices but why is the serving size going DOWN? I just ate at this location about an hour ago and the burrito was so small it looked like something you could buy at a gas station. The rice was hard as can be, and when I said steak they put a half a scoop on my burrito. I had to say double steak and pay extra just to get the full amount they’ve always given. This is pathetic, I will never eat at this location again and I hope the one that opens in north Abilene In a couple of weeks is ran better than this. Chipotle seems like they are taking a turn for the worse these days and even their quality is going down.

Chipotle never lets me down, I enjoy eating here. I just wish the portion size was a tad bigger, and rice is never fully cooked, but everything else tastes very delicious. Other than that quick service, line was a bit long but it's expected with good quality food, staff was friendly, l. Overall chipotle had me at hello ?Kid-friendliness: Team members there were quite buce talking to them. They opened up and conversation happened. Very polite.
