I believe the portions are getting smaller. And today they left out the fajita vegetables and at the drive-thru whenever they just threw the bag at me

Most restaurants will tell cars to pull around if their order isn’t ready as not to hold up their line for pickup orders. I waited in the drive thru for probably 10 minutes while a lady waited for her food to be ready meanwhile, mine had been ready for over 30 minutes… I eventually went inside and asked for my food to the window guy but he couldn’t hear me or was ignoring me until I yelled loud enough for everyone to look at me and then he said “can I get the name on your order while you’re yelling at me?” Told him my name and eventually got my order at 4:50 pm when my order had been ready since 4:10. Tried to get Coke Zero and their spout wasn’t on correctly or maybe at all and the Coke Zero shot all over the place. Worst service I’ve ever received. Will not be back to this location

I never go to this Chipotle anymore. Filthy place. The staff are very rude, they are always out of everything, and the workers don't clean anything. Just refill whatever is being used by pouring into the same serving dish. They have preferred customers, and will ignore you to help that customer, or stop what they're doing for you to help them. I've never seen them wear gloves or wash their hands. I've been here 3 times to see if it's different, nope same every time. Big fat 0.
Restaurant was super clean. They were short staffed but everyone was busting their tails to get food prepared and serve customers!! Food is always fresh and tastes great!!

Have been to this location multiple times and have left disappointed. Today we went and picked up our online order in the drive thru line and when handed our drinks noticed they felt light. We pulled forward and they were half full! Considering we paid a good amount for large drinks we went back through. The girl seemed annoyed and filled them up. She handed me them back, one of them dripping with soda all over. I asked for a napkin and she was obviously annoyed. Finally left. When we got home, ours bowls were dissatisfying and to top it off they forgot my chips and queso which I paid almost $5 for. Very disappointed and would recommend not wasting your time here.

They are ALWAYS (yes I'm comfortable using always as a fact and not an exaggeration) out of fajita veggies. And the people working there don't care. More often than not when asked if more are going to be available soon the response is "no we're completely out a veggies" after digging in the pan as if more would magically appear. You keep everything else stocked so why is it so difficult to keep this one thing stocked? It doesn't matter how busy or slow they are, doesn't matter who's there on shift, whenever I ask for fajita veggies I either get told they're completely out or that I'll have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for them to cook more. If your employees can't handle something that simple either get new employees or don't pretend like you serve fajita veggies.

Seems like they do better if your standing there when they make it. Otherwise expect the worst Chipotle experience of your young life.
Chips stale, bowls where comically bad.
But the service ans politeness of the employees was on display.
Just don't order online. It takes 3 extra mins to stand in line and have them make it in front of you.
