Don't order online. This is twice now they've messed up my order. First time they didn't have chips so they broke shells up and put them in the bag hoping I wouldn't notice. Second time they didnt give me the queso (ordered & paid). Not to.mention the portions are the smallest of any Chipotle I've been to. If you have the need to order Chipotle, go to the south location (slightly better).

Nick- well well well. We meet again google reviews. What a rollercoaster chipotle was. I did enjoy the good. A few complaints moreover. I noticed as i walked in everyone looked my way. I had just finished up relieving myself in my moms vehicle, because im out of a job, im a bum, give me a break. Anyways. I go up to the line and i have done my homework, more food in a bowl than a burrito. I ask for a bowl and brown rice. Terribly tiny scoop. We move to the bean section. I get brown and ask for double. He looks me up and down and says no. Un-freaking-believable. I get double carne and boy was that a mistake. Gassiest ive ever been. Honestly only good thing was the free napkins and plasticware. Had me bloated for hours. Could barely fit in my vehicle and had to call an uber x. The portions could be bigger but other than that no complaints. -Nick

Everyone looked as though they hated themselves or just there job. Aliza was especially proud saying my gift card had a balance of zero after never using it. She didn’t return it and instead stomped off to her hiding place in the back. Please do better at finding people who care about what they make.

Waited 40 minutes for an online order that was promised in 15 minutes just to find out they had it sitting in the back after I had asked for it 20 minutes prior. Terrible service and they forgot my sides for my quesadilla. (Guacamole, rice, beans)

Real deal Spill
My first time coming to this location. And I used the drive thru for my pickup order. I got there kinda early about 5 minutes and the associate clearly already had an attitude, when she couldn’t greet me properly, “what’s the name” she asked. I told her “it’s for Kenn”. She side eyed and said “umm could it be under your name” now again, just for reference, this is my first time at this location. Also, I definitely don’t know this young lady. So before I could even respond she says, “I have a Kamila”? I told her, it’s for Kenn, again. I was baffled. She came back to the window with my order (and I decided to inform her that she’s at work .) My words exactly were, “next time don’t be so quick to judge ppl by how they look, you thought my name was Kamila bc of my race,”. She looked back at me like a deer caught in bright lights, confused. I’m sick of these employers giving out jobs to the local college students who don’t have any experience whatsoever. They’re just trying to make some extra cash but not give customer service. Next time try, “hi welcome what’s the name on the order”… and be done with it. Ridiculous!

Rude lady named Daniella huffy and short took my order. This is supposed to be my dinner and a good experience not someone acting like your inconveniencing them while paying my hard earned money to eat. She seems to be huffy and rude to other co workers in front of us too. Someone should mention her tone and her attitude.
I never complain but if you wanna get chipotle just go to the south side one , first throwing the food everywhere and dealing with attitude is crazy . Also no where in this place is clean .

Dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Doors, tables, windows, food area…. The manager just sat down at one of the dirty tables like nothing. They ran out of tortillas, I was going to eat there anyway cause I was starving

The chicken was burnt first off, secondly and most upsetting, the staff took 6 + minutes to acknowledge me and my friend on the line, leaving us there in silence. Third and last, the place smelled of dirty rags, that I hoped where not used to clean the tables.

The food is not worth what they charge. I got the steak burrito and the employee preparing my burrito put way too much rice with only a small scoop of steak. It was pretty much a rice burrito for 14 dollars. On top of that the server was asking and responding to me as if I did something wrong, just for ordering. This occurred at the new Chipotle by Rasing Caine. I should have went with my first choice, Whataburger.
