Dirty understaffed and no Chuck E. Cheese not worth the $200 I spent my daughter was so disappointed
Excellent host was Javon and my family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Did was delicious.
Family had a blast and staff were amazing
We had a Birthday party at Chuck E.Cheese today .It was amazing the service was wonderful and Charles the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us .He was professional and friendly. We will be having more parties there in the future.Thank you for making Levi and Lora's day great!
This is a great place. If you have not been to one since a kid then take your littles here. They will have a blast. All you can play for a certain paid time or pay by token bundle or my favorite get the play pass and they get an amount of tokens per visit and can be split between kids. It is Great!
Got the silver play pass. Get 30% off most stuff and 100 tokens to split between my kiddos.
Updated party areas. No more creepy animatronic crap from the 80s and 90s. They have one animatronic Chucky but the rest is cartoon on the TV.
Only $99 for a party of 6 kids. Great price in my opinion. Check out all the great stuff that comes with the party. Not going to list them all here.
The Adventure Zone play area is separate pay and I think that is garbage. If you buy a package it should come with the play package in my opinion. They should sell the nonslip socks and have the adventure zone included with packages. The socks can be reused and just buy new ones when they are worn out.
That is my only complaint about packages.
-1 star
Don't trust the stamp for kids. Watch them. They have only checked for the stamp once when leaving. It is supposed to be a check to ensure kids are not being stolen but they hardly actually check.
- 2 stars because this is super important and they don't make it a priority
But overall a great place to take kids especially in the hot summer days.
Kids had a blast, food wasn't bad.
Went for a kid bday party ... I was tripping just a bit and a giant rat scared me so bad that I had racing strips in my underware... threw them out... I want reimbursement for my underware that turn a little brown and stinky... also there are kid everywhere so be prepared if you go high.
Kids always have a good time here.
Filthy everywhere 1 hour after opening! Unexceptable restrooms feces on toilets and stall wall. Trash under all counters and floor. No way they cleaned before opening or night before .I refused to order drinks or food for my children. 2 older men running the place and had no care to clean the place . Ridiculous. Health code violations everywhere i looked . Unexceptable.
My daughter loves prizes! 💝💝

Under staffed, spent a lot of time waiting.. only 1 person working the front and gift counter but lots of people walking in and out of the back, just can’t help? Games are run down and space is crowded

Booked my son’s 4th birthday there and Aubrey was amazing! She was on top of everything to make it the easiest and best experience. She was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The only bummer was the trampoline not being open everything else was great!

I didn't eat anything. I just tagged along with my family ,so my eight year old great niece could play games. There should be something for older people to do while they are sitting in that noisy place.
