I ordered two 3 pieces meals of spicy chicken I got the food and checked my order my chicken was soaked in some kind of hot sauce and I asked the lady about it and she told me that they don't do spicy batter no more I asked her since when and she told for years so I asked for a refund and she got mad about it after a little bit of a attitude i got my refund and left FYI using Uber eats they'll forget to bag up all of your food and when you call them about it they'll tell you to call Uber eats and tell them to go back to pick up what they forgot to give the driver basically refusing to give you a refund

Went to Church's chicken and I didn't like the chicken. It was cold. I know by just looking at the color of the chicken when it has just been cooked. You can tell that chicken had been cooked 4 hours ago. I was very disappointed. Not going there anymore. Waste of money.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!! They forgot TWO of my $4 sides and I was in a rush and wasn’t able to check before I left. I also ordered a sweet tea and they were completely out of it. THEY DIDNT GIVE US THE FREE PROMO ON CHICKEN TENDERS & THEY ARE RUDE!!! TERRIBLE LOCATION. I drove to a different one later that day and had a completely different and lovely experience. Great food just this location has GOD AWFUL EMPLOYEES! Especially the blonde short girl with glasses.
