Best deals on fried chicken. Fast and reliable service. I think the owner is there working, too, so it helps. I order online, and it's always ready when I get there. I was a big fan of the smokehouse chicken. It's finally back, but not the same. Still very good, but I liked the previous recipe much better. Also the gizzards with gravy is only $4!

Great chicken. They now have chicken fried steak sammich, I've got to try it. No doubt it will be as good as everything else here. Love the mashed potatoes and brown gravy.
I don't know how many times they have forgotten my sides I ordered. Be prepared to loose your money.

Wouldn't be my first pick but it satisfied. Food was kind of bland for a place that touts being a Texas home-grown restaurant with bold flavors.
This was disappointing considering how many people swear by Church's over it's competitors like Raising Canes, Chick-fil-A, Golden Chick, or even Popeyes.
I don't know what it is about these Texas chicken places but whenever they take my order I ask for extra sauce and they just ignore that and give me gravy. This has happened more than once. At first this was frustrating but later I was thankful. The gravy, albeit a little flavorless, is a recommended combo. What seemed like a blatant disregard to the customers wishes turned into what felt like a warm recommendation from a sibling advising you on what flavor candy you should get.
On that note I am very thankful to Church's Chicken for turning me on to the Texas phenomenon that is fried chicken and gravy.
Oh and the wait times at this location are rather long. I was in the drive through for what felt like 20min and that was at the window.
The service is going downhill. The manager discouraged my order by telling me it would take time to cook it. Well, get started cooking then.

Got food to go... drive thru personel never greated us so had to get out at the front pickup counter. Once food ordered n received ( was made correctly) we left just to find out that we were given no seasoning packs( that were specifically requested) and no plastic warehouse to eat our meals with. The chicken was tasteless n bland.

I've never waited so long in my life. I understand they cook as you order....but when your not listening to a customers order and ask them not to put a certain something on an item. Because someone is allergic to it.
