I love to go to Cracker Barrel and we go often: tradition now on my birthday, and then every time we travel for sure. Also when family and friends are visiting us from foreign countries. They love it for the atmosphere very American tradition. The breakfast all day is awesome, pretty good, constant quality, and typical, eggs, Bacon with pancakes or French toast breakfasts in particular, very different for European guests.The service is generally very good, in particular in Texas. We had Cracker Barrel all over the East coast, and all across the south-east of the US, Texas and Southern servers are always really friendly.The store is awesome too, very interesting again for foreign guests. I also have the App since 2020/Covid, and you can order to pickup, make a table reservation, and pay online. Love this!

I have never had such a bad experience at Cracker Barrel like the one I had yesterday. It took longer than half an hour to get our food. When the food arrived the eggs were over cooked. You needed a knife to eat them. Pancakes were burned as seen in this picture. We told them about it and somebody went looking for the manager. Apparently, the manager was nowhere to be found so we left cause we could not afford to remain there any longer. What a disappointment! Paid $26.25 and left hungry.

Cracker Barrel is always good but this visit, our server was exceptionally great! She pleased everyone in our party of 5 during a time when there was a 30 minute wait to get a table. That is not a very easy thing to do but she did it very well.

I’m giving this Very poor rating because I made a order to go, when I went to pick it up it was not ready at the time I was quoted online… I waited for 45 minutes over that time finally got my food and the lady said she we credit my card back and never did!!!! RIDICULOUS Guys:((( asked for the manager and lady told me she was too busy to come talk with me!?!?! That’s not right Cracker Barrel & You know it!!!! 45 minutes over what time was quoted and I ended up missing my Safelite appt because of you? Please look into, happened on 3-29-24, I haven’t left a review to make sure y’all had time to contact me, but never got a refund or a call back….. Shame, Shame:((( take more time to care about your customers.

We had the best waitress. I’m sorry I can’t remember our waitress’s name but she was great. So friendly and very attentive. Our food was so good and we got exactly what we wanted. I always love going to Cracker Barrel. Food is great.

First experience with Cracker Barrel since there aren't any locations near home.Audrey was so friendly (as is Jennifer in the store) she must've had sympathy for a hungry road tripper and put in a to-go order for me after I'd tried to order online but missed the cut off time.
