I went into crumbl today expecting to just get some cookies, but instead was blessed with joy from a worker named Alejandro. Not only was the customer service great, but his smile was soooo so cute it really made my night. Because of him, the cookies were an easy 10/10.thank you crumbl :)😍🙂
Placed an order to be delivered. The automatic link stated I could call the driver to discuss and verify delivery. The driver could not speak English. I have no idea if my order was delivered or not.
Very 'franchised' sort of feelings.
I wasn't sure what to expect, perhaps it was me. Don't get me wrong, the cookies were good, loved the waffle cookie flavor (though it was misshapen) and the chocolate covered strawberry one was good too. The cookies are great for an indulgent treat.
As for service and and atmosphere- branding was cute, store looked clean but there was little to no involvement or interaction with staff....
