Placed an order to be delivered. The automatic link stated I could call the driver to discuss and verify delivery. The driver could not speak English. I have no idea if my order was delivered or not.
Very 'franchised' sort of feelings.
I wasn't sure what to expect, perhaps it was me. Don't get me wrong, the cookies were good, loved the waffle cookie flavor (though it was misshapen) and the chocolate covered strawberry one was good too. The cookies are great for an indulgent treat.
As for service and and atmosphere- branding was cute, store looked clean but there was little to no involvement or interaction with staff....

I love that The flavors change every week and you have more variety of flavors to choose from. I would hopefully recommend it to anyone. They have amazing cookies and they even have different types of things that you can pick from. For example they even have banana pudding.
