The woman in the pink shirt I'm assuming is a manager or team lead needs better training no gloves were worn at all when handling both cold and hot food, she placed my dipped cone which looked nothing like DQ standards on a dirty windowseal with dead flies along it for about a good minute then got an attitude with me when I asked for a new one then asked me to pull around which I did and tried to argue with me that the cone I ordered wasn't a medium, showed her the receipt that said medium she walked off with an attitude and came back with a medium come but it wasn't double dipped like I paid for which was fine I was already done with their attitude and just left never again unless there's new and trained staff

Overall, the food was cooked correctly, but I had to wait 6 to 7 minutes to get my order. I was constantly asked in the drive through huh, what? What was that? Which is upsetting when you're having to repeat yourself constantly over and over and over once pulled to the drive through window. I had. To wait an additional 4 minutes for my order.Which isn't a big deal but when I'm asked.Why do I have to pull up?And how much longer on my food?Because there's people behind you.Was the answer I received by far?The food is fresh.Yes, but honestly the customer service goes a lot further.I will not be coming back here

I was pleasantly surprised to hear that fresh salads. I was prepared to break my diet. Instead I ordered the grilled chicken salad with extra meat. It was delicious 😋
People can't take orders right when the customers are right they don't put in order the way the customers want it happened to me twice the one on mockingbird they suck big time

Most ridiculous experience. My son comes practically every day. Today he ended up with a RACIST KAREN! Not only did she screw up his order. She overcharged him. Manager said, because he didn’t carry the meal around school with him there is nothing she can do.
