I used to live in Albany, so i frequented this Dairy Queen and Walmart 2 or 3 times a week it was one of my favorite places to unwind and get errands lined out so I didnt forget something. I was excited to be on that side of town and in once familiar territory. And sorely disappointed. The crew leader cashier was quite probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. She had an air pod or something in her ear. She visibly rolled her eyes while I gave my order. She rang it up and told me how much to pay and then took a phone call order. Once finished I have her the money. She gave me the change and ticket. No drink cup. The person working behind the grill brought my order. I thanked him and mentioned the service. He tried to say the front was busy apologetically. I told him, "No, she was just rude." He did give me a drink cup and asked if I needed anything else. I doubt I'll be back. I know that my meager patronage isn't going to bankrupt anyone or make any millionaires, nevertheless I doubt I will return. If she made crew leader, I shudder to think of the service from someone who didn't.

Came over here instead of Whataburger thinking it'd be cheaper since it's lower quality but boy was I wrong. 15 dollars for frozen steak fingers, I won't be back.

The drive through is so slow, it took me 4 seconds to order and 45 minutes to get 4 ice creams. In the drive through line.... isn't it supposed to be "fast food"??

Slowest service ever in an unbusy time. Poor little cashier couldn't even remember her number to put into the cash register without looking at the back of her badge. None of the employees seemed to concerned with speed or efficiency.

They were understaffed so it was no cashier for like 10m. it took a while for them to take my order and we had order blizzards so I was not too bad of a wait after.

Ordered a small blizzard while duughter was finishing eating. Waited about 15 minutes for it, people who were ordering after me were getting served. I just ask for refund didn’t have all day to spend there. They offered to make mine now. Sorry that window passed.

The guy at drive thru made my husband pull up to wait for our blizzards just to come outside and ask us to back up to the window then made us pull right back up to wait 2 seconds for our fry. Waited 10 minutes to place our order of 2 small blizzards and a fry but couldn’t even get that right.
Stopped in on our way home. Nice, clean, and spacious faculty with plenty of seating. The staff was courteous, helpful and polite. My chicken tenders were ? Momma said the burger was gooood ?(no photos because the burgers didn't last long?) I'm a big fan of their dipped cones?

Worst customer service that we ever had in Abilene! They have people wanting to spend money on DQ The cashier’s name is Martin we went on 03/21/24 at around 7pm he had an attitude and it seemed pretty mad. I was being nice and said please and thank you, and he rolled his eyes at different customers several times. While he was making icecream he left people waiting without even saying “I’ll be right with y’all “ !
