First time going, Went on a Wednesday for tha Chicken fried steak special. Well worth it, the size of the plate crispness of chicken fried fresh made mash & the Arnold Palmer a dang tasty drink to wet your whistle with.

We were First in the door, sat down and 4 couples came in after us, they got menus and drinks, then got their food BEFORE we even got a menu? She said the CF were big so we ordered 1 to split.. it was the size of my palm! Then they were out of dressing, never said anything I had to ask another waiter for silverware, a plate and dressing. When I told her how bad the service was she replied she couldn’t help the food! I told her it was NOT the food it was her service! Really bad service. We are very senior and don’t eat much but that was a total disaster! We were never acknowledged, never asked if we needed anything and most importantly never got service of any kind!

Great little place out in Potosi for drinks and food. Their pizza and wings are great. The fried okra and chicken fried steak are always perfection. Sometimes the service is a little slow but we keep going back so not too bad. Stephanie is the best! They have outdoor area for kids to run, live bands sometimes, karaoke night, and food specials. Pool tables as well. Cell phone signal sucks inside because of metal roof.

I won't be checking this place out. I haven’t tried any of the food here. I want no parts and do not recommend this place for karaoke Thursdays because this DJ fills in for Wildman DJ at Heff’s, Abilene mall. Wildman DJ brought him on stage and all to announce that the regular DJ at Docs is filling in for him at Heff’s, Abilene mall during his absence. I don’t recommend this place if you are military or veteran. Just go to Dallas for karaoke where diversity/variety is welcomed. Im not supporting this business because the DJ at Docs contributes to Wildman DJ’s unprofessional & unfair behavior towards new customers, keeping this town exactly how it has always been. Small, bland & BORINGGGG. It’s just bad business. No one should have to wait until karaoke is damn near over to sing when they show up early enough.

It is a little loud but the chicken fried steak is worth it & the price on wed is great.i don't remember ever having a chicken fried steak so tender.
We love going to Doc’s on Friday evenings to enjoy the all you can eat catfish, it so delicious. We always sit in the back so we can have can our favorite waitress, Stephanie, she is amazing. We never have to ask for anything, no matter how many tables she has, she always finds time to get us what we need, including refills on catfish. Thank you Stephanie, you rock. See you again next Friday.

Such a great place! We love coming here on Fridays to eat the catfish. I love that if anything is wrong they have no problem fixing it to make sure you are beyond happy. Stephanie always make sure we are well taken care of and is an amazing waitress!! 10 out of 10 for her and docs!

Nice family style seating and a magician, kids had a great time. Huge place with open floor plan. Plenty of room for big party. Stephanie was an amazing server and took care of our huge party with a smile on her face the whole time and brought out a cake and candle for my grandmother and aunt ! THANK YOU STEPHANIE
