Ordered 4 different items totaling around $50 to feed family on Friday, January 17, 2025. Order took about an hour and a half to be delivered and all items where wrong and duty manager offered a free 20oz drink for the inconvenience and hung up on me when I ask him to have the general manager call me. When I arrived at the store he would not come out of the back till the other duty manager got involved and the police were called. I was then tresspassed. Called GM next morning and she backed her managers and offered coupons. This in my opinion having been in the food service before is how this should have been handled from duty managers to GM. Will not be purchasing any domino from that store again.

Pizza arrived cold and appears to have been shaken around. Driver didn’t knock or ring doorbell. as a returning customer, it is extremely frustrating to spend your money on dinner and a tip for it to be handled so carelessly.
