I ordered a large pizza online and picked it up at this location. Coupon for 9.99 so made my total 10.81 it was good and I was happy. I looked at my credit card bill and found they charged 11.89. They gave themselves 1.08 for some reason. I did not leave a tip so this I'd ridiculous. I got it myself. They dud their job of making it. Why in the world would I give a tip for that. Don't use your card here they steal from you.

Our orders are always correct, tasty and good service.
This dominoes is really close to the house and im able to order online which is great however I must highly suggest checking your pizzas as 5/10 times it's either wrong or the pizza isn't ever cut all the way through.

This location does a great job producing your order error free. The facility is clean and could be a nice place for meeting friends.
I placed an online order, I waited by my door, 10 mins before scheduled delivery and then 5 mins after delivery time and nothing.
I called the store only to be met with a rude lady on the phone (might have been ASM)
Only thing on my porch was an Amazon package. They claimed my order may have been stolen (then why not my Amazon package too it's very small and lightweight)
I explained I had been waiting, and blamed me for using contactless delivery at my apartment (which I've never had any issues of theft, I also have extreme social anxiety so contactless delivery is less stressful on me. Never had issues before with anyone else)
Somehow someone stole my order during the time frame of me waiting by my door?
I was told "maybe you shouldn't use contactless delivery next time".....
They begrudgingly replaced the order but I can tell the tone of the lady I talked to was upset and hostile.
Said "it will be there in 25 -40 mins be sure to answer your door" *click*
I've worked in customer service, food service, Customer Service Manager in retail, and call center. I would never talk to a customer the way she talked to me.
They did replace the order and the food was nice and hot. The delivery person was very nice I didn't catch her name she has blonde hair and a tattoo. (I could tell by her voice it wasn't the person I spoke to on the phone.)
But whoever that was on the phone needs to learn how to talk to customers.
Like I said I've worked in several customer service positions and I'm a very chill person when talking with employees. I did not raise my voice, did not do anything toxic back. I felt like the hostility in that person's voice was unwarranted.
I give them 3 out of 5 because the food was hot and correct as well as the friendly delivery driver or else I would of left a 1 star.

Had to wait 1 + hr for cold pizza and wings called the store and spoke with the manager and she told me they were busy and sorry your food is ice cold ! I went through the drive through twice trying to get my food and no one knew where it was !! After I spoke with the supervisor she said sorry nothing we can do about that and hung up on me!!!!!!!

The website showed all deals for the month but required for carryout. I called to place an order, they didn't show the deals the website stated, i had photos for proof if needed. I asked to talk to the manager since the cashier might have their hands tied. I was placed on hold, then they hanged up on me. Nothing unprofessional was said, i have no idea what the issues were. But unfortunately nothing online or within store is transparent. I feel they will soon be in some serious trouble in the pizza business. It's already a reality that Two Joes pizzerias dominate the city, its a second when Papa Johns beats Dominos prices by $6, and Little Ceasers always wins in the price war.
Best Dominos EVER! Highly recommend and always pleasant and will work to make your dinner experience EXCELLENT!
