The cost has gone up quite a bit, but your service and products are still on point perfect. Always hot, always fresh and most importantly always delicious. Whether pick up or delivery, it's always delicious. Keep up the excellent work your doing it right. And thank you for not lowering your quality or standards in this economy. I'd rather pay more money and still get great than keeping the price down at the cost of quality and service.
My app automatically sends me to this location. I will actually never order from Domino’s again because my last 3 orders have been incorrect or they have forgotten something. This last time my account got charged points and they said they could not resend the item or put the points on my account. They said I had to contact corporate. At the very least they could’ve sent the item they forgot. This last time they forgot a soda and they didn’t put the garlic sauce with the bread, the time before that the garlic bread was raw and the time before that they forgot the garlic bread yet I’m always told that I have to call corporate. It’s not worth the poor customer service. Since I used PayPal, I plan to dispute part of the charges due to missing items, because it’s impossible to get a hold of corporate.
I ordered online for Afredo Sauce Pasta from Domino on Mockingbird in Abilene some.days ago and it was dry and not well cooked...so I called to let them know and the manager said they will put it on my online account where I ordered from and I can return whenever for another one... Today, I called to tell the Manager there that I wanna come get itthe Alfredo Sauce Pasta, the manager there said they either give thw item the sameday or send a giftcard, which I did not get. And she said there is no proof that I called to complaint and they cannot give it to me...This is horrible!!! Do NOT buy from.these people in that area. They act like they have swollen a lemon or something!!! Go elsewhere!!!

First time going.. my husband, son and I just moved into a new home .. we had been moving all morning..in the rain!! We came into Domino's.. got us 2 large AMAZING tasting pizzas..and the service was amazing!!
