Went through the drive thru tonight for ice cream--never again. Tiny amounts of melted ice cream in the sundaes and a couple of employees who really seemed to want to be somewhere else. Totally disappointed.

I gave it a 3 because in the past I would have given it a 5 until today. I got my usual coffee and was heading home. When I tasted it it tasted like choc milk no coffee. I called and was asked to hold they never came back. I called two other times no answer. Finally I got through and told her I pick up a mobile order about 1/2 hour ago and I think they forgot the coffee ( this was about 2:30 ) she said so what do you want. ( customer service is non existent these days ) I told her well I wanted to know if they changed there recipe or something. She said the only thing that changed is one of the espresso machines is broken and the one they are using makes a lighter brew. I feel she should have offered me something and I would have refused it but it would have been nice. I sorry not sure I will be going back which make me sad because Duncan was my favorite coffee.

The customer service sucked. The guy that took our order seemed like we bothered him, our order was made sloppy and it wasn't very good.
Came in here to get a scoop of Baskin Robbins ice cream after a movie with a friend, I had to wait 10 minutes before anybody appeared because apparently all the employees were out back smoking. When we left the back door was wide open... I was half tempted to call non-emergency dispatch since no one was in the store it was that quiet. Then one of them appeared out of nowhere. When we did order, we ordered one scoop sundaes with hot fudge, the fudge was cold it wasn't even warm, eyewitnessed an employee dropping the hot fudge (it was cold) on the preparation table then scooped it back up with his finger and put it in the ice cream. Will never come back. Bad service, bad practices, bad management.

Dunkin is always good. Service is always great. The only reason for one less star is because sometimes we get uncooked dough when ordering breakfast croissants. If there was anything ever in error, they make sure to make things right. Overall will always come to this Dunkin.

Had a mobile order; was barely able to finish my sentence before the woman on the headset was interrupting me and talking over me. I never order from the app so I didn’t know if it was the order number or name you tell them, and she cut me off everytime I tried to talk. Very bad customer service. Also got to the window to pick up my stuff and was very rudely asked if I was getting enough sleep I guess because of my appearance, which was due to the fact of jus waking up with my 5 year old from a nap 10 minutes ago. Just think customer service could be better, and the way they talked to people could be better. Definitely won’t be going back in the morning/ afternoon shift
