One of the girls there with darker hair, glasses and her airpod in was incredibly rude. We ordered at the Menu board and got 2 drinks and donuts. I asked for no vanilla in my drink I get it drink it and itās so sweat I canāt drink it i look and it says vanilla and i thought āthatās okay we are still right by the placeā so i went inside and said that i just asked for no vanilla and it looks like vanilla was put in there. She then interrupted me told me āI didnāt put vanilla in thereā i said okay well it says vanilla āwell i didnāt put vanilla in itā its way to sweet can you just remake it. She then takes the drink out of my hand remakes it and then hands it to me saying āhere itās made the same as the last oneā. Incredibly rude and disrespectful 0 customer service I can see why this dunkin is always hiring because there people keep getting complaints.( P.s girl if you see this yes i did make a complaint cause you got the right one this time and if i see you up there again i will let you know you got lucky bot hearing me with your AirPod in, the drink was not the same it tasted 10 times better and didnāt taste like straight syrup so you are a liar)

I ordered a coffee with cold foam and they used whipped cream as the ācold foamā and no cold foam. The coffee also tasted burnt.
Best jelly filled donuts, imo! The custard filled are also very good. Surprisingly, have not tried their drinks but might have to on my next visit.

They took for ever to get to me and the lady in front of me the lady accent maybe Russian came weeping the corner with gloves on grabbed the ladyās donuts and took the money with the same gloves on and never changed them. Thatās disgusting. Tighten up managers and employees
