absolutely the worst costumer service, i ordered ahead and the drive thru person had attitude and was very rude. i had told her i got free hash browns with my points and she said i didn’t see them on the order so, and i tried pulling up and i didn’t know how and she was not helpful at all. very rude don’t come here .!! i never got my food.

Husband and I went in today, we were the 2nd in line. One girl was making shakes for the people in front of us. We wanted baskin Robbin’s ice cream, we waited and the girl making the shakes said someone will be with you. Two other girls were unfolding boxes and stocking for doughnuts, they didn’t care we were there,they ignored us!!! I told my husband, let’s go, after waiting at least 10 min. we passed the drive thru and no one was in the line. It’s always a hit or miss here, mostly a miss.Glad we left we passed Roll shack ice cream, on the way home, we forgot about that place, we stopped, Got waited on immediately and it was so good.

They close at 10 pm it’s 6:45 pm and they had no glazed donuts in fact they didn’t have most donuts, I settled for 2 chocolate glazed donuts , they were CLEARLY old dry and nasty, the service wasn’t terrible but they seemed like they could care less, them having old dry donuts seems to be a common thing, I don’t know if they’ll fix that but won’t be able to find out cause I won’t go back again yuck

Three of the 4 ladies just cussing up a storm and the one making the ice cream literally looked at me and didn’t even bother to provide service. But when she did because the other worker looked at her she was rude. She should have just stayed on the headphone and continued gossiping. Sad experience.

The food is good but the night shift is piss poor. Need better staff! They get free pay as far as I'm concerned.
It's like stale bread circles instead of donuts. You can get better stuff at Walmart, even. I don't know why anyone would come here over Abilene Donuts or AM Donuts. Made the mistake on a lapse of judgement once, never again.

Workers are very rude, and when I asked about my other half of the food after I pulled out of the drive through because one of the employees didn’t say anything to me I came back to get my other half of my food and the child employee said to me “well you just drove off and it’s cooking “. Very rudely.

The cashier Jasmine, was rude and not customer friendly. She cussed a lot for the 15 mins I was there. She sighed every time I asked a question or how to fix an order. People if you don't like helping people or being around people... Keep your butt at home and stop making our place a bad place!!!!!!!! I won't be going back! I give it a 1/4 of ⭐ not even a 1 ⭐!!
