03/26/2024 @12:22 I order fajitas lunch.It came with no cheese,no quacamole.Even though it says so on the menu. They claim the menu and cash register is wrong.That if I want it they will charge me extra. I have never order fajitas at ANY RESTAURANT where you don't get guacamole, pico, cheese. Hot sauce tasted like store bought. Won't be back.

Kayla rocks! Food was exquisite. Had a chicken dish I've never had before and I believe I will have it again next time. Very soon. And El Milagro Margarita is the one to have even if you don't drink!

I think we just found our new favorite restaurant in Abilene. I got the burrito bowl, and hubby got beef fajitas. His fajitas were still sizzling hot when served, and he enjoyed every last bite. My burrito bowl was like the food of the gods (seasoned and cooked to perfection).The wait staff was friendly and always checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory, far beyond what I had come to expect in Abilene.We will be returning customers, and recommend this place to anyone that enjoys delicious food at a restaurant quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think.

We usually really like El Chico. Good food and good service. While at the mall around 7:10 p.m. last night, we decided to dine there. To our surprise, the restaurant had already closed. It seemed odd for a restaurant to shut its doors at 7:00 p.m., especially during the peak dinner hours.

Food came out wrong 3 times. Cool not a problem. The problem I have is that my wife was at the register with the waitress and the Manager came out of the restaurant and said I don’t see your wife. I pointed out she is at the register with the waitress. If you assume your customers that come up there 4 times a month will steal food then you no longer need them. We will find another place to eat. Cesar would have never done that to me. Had people looking at me like I was a thief. Not cool.
the services was horrible sat for 30 mins while waiter chit chatted with three other tables no check ups or anything then manager was even worse she was sarcastic and terrible at understanding that i'm not sitting there for 30 minutes for nothing they didn't refill chips or anything forgot about us 4 times

Got a burrito there once with water to drink and they took 50 minutes to bring out the food and charged me for a tea I never ordered.

Said they would put the discount on there after asking them twice but they didn't. Had to wait on my order for 15+ minutes (it was a to go order that had already been placed earlier.) Will not be returning again.

We could not get drink refills (we asked for drink refills 3 times and never got any) or chip & salsa refills. We had to ask several times for our silverware. The food was okay and the runner from the kitchen brought it out in a timely manner , but our waitress needed training.
