Fuzzy’s Taco Shop in Abilene did not meet the standards we’ve experienced at other locations. The food was just fair—definitely not what we’ve come to expect. The guacamole and queso lacked flavor, which was disappointing.

The staff wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t welcoming or friendly. We chose this location because it’s known for being dog-friendly on the patio, but the overall experience fell short.

Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. There are other places in town that do a better job welcoming both dogs on the patio and people at the door.

🙋🏾‍♀️Good hot Mexican style food, quick quality customer service. My go to menu items are the quesabirrias and quesadillas. They have some pretty good dessert treats as well like the sopapilla bites with the cream dip sauce and chocolate churros. Their online ordering is pretty efficient. I typically order for pickup and go. It’s usually ready by the time I arrive on site. I appreciate the rewards program. Online ordering often offers free menu item through the rewards program if you sign up which is pretty cool. They’re always courteous and customer friendly with me. I wouldn’t go as far as calling the food here authentic Mexican food, but it’s close enough and I’m satisfied with what they have to offer. They serve breakfast menu items all day, any time. They are one of the few good restaurants in the area that stay open late. Lately, I haven’t had any reward offers online and I’m unsure if they still even offer them, but I always appreciated the complimentary rewards offers that I used to get with my online orders at the Turner location on the south side of Abilene. Looking forward to them to began offering rewards of the menu again for online orders. 🌮🌯🫓🫔🇺🇸

Tried to place an order for pick up just for them to answer and say they’re closed. Listed as closing time at 1130pm. Tons of noise in the background. Said they’re closed early today with no explanation on why.

Great food but the service could have been better. I was so excited to go to Fuzzy’s since we moved out of Texas for a couple of years and this was our first time back! The employees were kind of rude and expected us to know where everything was instead of trying to help us find something. Now prefer to go through Taco Casa’s drive through instead of going to Fuzzy’s because they are friendly and helpful!

Great food down fall is customer service the manager Kierra was horrible told them I wanted the food to go I get up there and she pointed to the to go containers and said there you go do it yourself it was a shredded chicken quesadilla so how am I supposed to make that to go myself the pico and sourcream containers ? Never again will I go if that manager is working not sure why she is still a manager looking like deer in headlights when it wasn’t even that busy

Food was fantastic! Service top notch!

The gentleman taking my order was very helpful with being my first time. Food came out fast and everything tasted great. The kitchen window staff was polite and had smiles.

Overall place was very chill with lots of options drinks and food.

Incredible service! Had a catering pick-up order and when I got home realized that my cold items were left out of the order. I called to let them know and as soon as I gave the order name they said, “I am so sorry we totally forgot to give those to you when you were here. What is the address?” They then promptly brought the items to us. Mistakes happen and they totally made everything right. Food was excellent and we’ll totally use again.
