I ate the brisket tacos here two different times and ended up getting sick everytime. Never eating here again. The atmosphere is fun and everyone working was friendly.

You walk up and make your own order, you grab you own silverware, you grab your own food, you get your own drink, you bring it to you own table on a tray and hope you have paper towels there. And they expect a tip. The food is okay. Hard to enjoy your lunch over a loudspeaker calling people up to grab their own food. I wish this was a Torchy's instead.

For several years, my colleagues and I go to Fuzzy's on Tuesday's for lunch. In the past I have taken advantage of some of the deals that are offered. I regularly use the iBuy Abilene app to get the BOGO taco deal. According to the fine print on the app, the only restriction is that the taco has to be of equal or lesser value. Today I was told that the iBuy only works with certain tacos. This is not the language on the app. If you are going to make up rules, at least post the rules so that we know what they are. I think I am finished with Fuzzy's because it all depends on which cashier you get as to what is acceptable and what is not.

I ordered at the front, she did not mark no lettuce or anything on my meal after I had to repeat it 6 times to her. So the kitchen had to remake it (the kitchen was kind). Then I ordered my second happy hour drink at 5:55 and got charged full price. And told it was a system error and there was nothing that they could do which is ridiculous. If happy hour goes till 6, if I order at 5:55 my drink should still be on happy hour price.

I enjoy this location, the Southside is just bland but the employees here are friendly, the customers are fun and the bartenders have personality especially Anna! Just an all around nice time, and if you go on the right night you'll leave with free cookies..
