My boyfriend and I went to get the roasted chicken. Elayna was our server. She did not realize that there wasn't any available so she asked us to wait 20 minutes for fresh chicken. She then reimbursed us for our meal. Not only was the store clean and employees pleasant the food was great too. Elayna went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. She deserves 20 stars

I was not greeted with a friendly welcome. We ordered the pimento crunch sandwich. It was awful. The buns tasted like they have been sitting out since noon and it’s 3 pm. The cheese was cold. I had to knock on the drive through window for my drink after the woman threw the bag of food at me and closed the window. Never returning. Yuck

I rarely leave glowing reviews for fast food but I have never had a bad experience at Golden Chick. High quality chicken, friendly staff, it's clean, they give out free ice cream cones, and more. They put the customer first and very few fast food establishments.

Normally when I go here everything is on point but to my complete surprise when I get home and open my container I see feathers and some other things still on the chicken as if it wasn’t plucked fully and completely ruined my kids and I appetite for the day.
The gentleman that waited on us was very friendly and polite and apologized for the delay on our order
