This place has gone so downhill. Chicken and steak is always dry, they never have lids for their cups, soda machine is always down and A/C is always out. We will not be back.

Was super disappointed. Went here a few weeks ago, and had a terrible experience. Food came out wrong, it seemed like I made them mad by asking to get what I ordered. At first they said I did order what I ordered and it took my wife going up t h ere with me. Eventually they agreed to give us new food but it was going to take 10 minutes to get it done since it took them almost 20 minutes to come to this conclusion after we waited 15 to 20 min for the original order we didn't have time to ead as we has previous business engagement to get to. I asked if they would refund the check but was told since the food sat at the table they couldn't take the food back. They did offer to give us food next time but didn't tell us how to get the food next time we came in didn't take our name. I would suggest not going. The food isn't good eneough to put up with this.Kid-friendliness: Idk if they're just awkward my 3 b year old loves them but seemed rude this time

My family and I love hashi but I feel AWFUL for the workers. It’s gotta be at LEAST 85+° degrees in here. It’s unbearable to even wait for takeout in the summertime - must be miserable to work 6+ hours. Hope the owner sees this and does better for them - these tiny fans they have don’t seem to help at all.

Stopped in just after 6:30 on a Saturday evening. A group of three and a single individual were ahead of me and they placed large orders. I ordered the shrimp with noodles. Was asked what other side I wanted and I went with a double order of noodles. Was not disappointed in that decision. Food came out almost in the order it was placed: the individual that was ahead of me got his two dishes right before the group of three got there larger order. Right after that I got mine. Good prioritizing of filling orders! The lady at the counter asked if I wanted any sauce when I picked up my order. I asked for teriyaki sauce. Was expecting one container of it and she put two in the bag. Perfect amount for the noodles. The shrimp was hot and spicy, the noodles were a little on the cool side, but I expected that because I noticed the tray of noodles was running low. Tossed the noodles in the microwave for a minute when I got home and they tasted good. Warmed up the teriyaki sauce for 15 seconds and poured it on the noodles and that enhanced their flavor. Very delicious, made my feel satisfied but not stuffed. Will definitely be back to try the miso soup and gyoza.Rated the atmosphere as a 4 based on where they have the menu board located. It is at the front of the store right when you turn to go to the counter. Made me feel like you create a roadblock if you stop and look at it before walking up to order. IMO it would be better to place another one above the counter so customers can look at it as they walk up to order.

The staff were fast, friendly, and thorough. The food was disappointing for teppan style cooking, where you expect freshly made, tender meats and veggies. The steak and chicken were tough. My only guess is that because of the over 100 degree weather, and no AC though there was a fan going, maybe the cooks limit their teppan cooking to keep temperatures down? But that's only a guess. The sauces helped to make the to go order more pleasurable.

Man we really used to love it here. Stopped by since we were in town and it was disappointing. Came around 3 so I GET that it’s in between the rushes but the chicken was dry, the rice too. Must have been sitting out a while cuz my dumplings were fresh. Also I wish the menu was still up front not just at the door. Customer service was… passable. Shame, I know how good the food can be too.

Great and quick service at this restaurant always! Food is always hot and good and you get exactly what you're hoping for. I only give four stars because sometimes the rice is better than other times...I'm sure it's due to bulk making but still. Great place! Nice people!

Ordered take out hibachi plate last week and received a huge plate of rice and tiny portion of steak. Tossed it up to a bad batch and gave it a second chance tonight but had the same results.

great food and fast service. this place isn't very fancy but it doesn't need to be. I had gyoza and miso soup along with the hibachi chicken.

Food is good! But their prices have gone up a lot in the last year or so.

Not organized, unprofessional music, wait was 20 minutes over expected time (reason is they forgot to drop an item)
