Daughter went in, placed an order, waited FORTY FIVE minutes with no food. Other orders coming and going. Finally asked about the order. It had been done for quite a while. Nobody decided to take it out or anything. Just left it chilling in the back. Food was cold, but I was working so I just had to deal with it. Said the cashier was nice and polite, but some older, short lady was being rude to everyone.

It would have been better had they not forgotten my kid was there waiting for an order. She waited 40 minutes for a to-go order that was ordered at the location and had to ask about the order because they forgot.

We went to Heff's for food, drinks and entertainment. We weren't disappointed! The Husers Brothers Band played, and they were amazing!! Our food and drinks were perfect and delicious. All of us had a great time. We loved the band!!

Went to the Mall location for the first time. Service was excellent. She was very friendly and attentive.
Tuesday is fried catfish day. Hands down the best catfish I have ever had. (Even the waitress told me how much she loves it too when I went to pay.)
The breading, and flavors were so balanced. I am really at a loss for words how much I enjoyed it.
Everything was so fresh, fish, the fries, the burger my friend had, and poppers were good.
My only nitpick is the Jalapeño we're still a little under cooked and crunchy. It didn't take away for anything it's just a texture preference for them to be a little softer. I still liked them though.
Salad bar was fresh, really enjoyed the options to choose from, Banana Pudding was excellent and very much enjoyed the chicken pecan, Cranberry salad.
Will definitely be back in the future. I was surprised how empty it was for what excellent service and fresh food they had to offer.
Portions are good for the pay and even took home my left overs.

Ordered a el heffe and a chicken bacon ranch, but it was missing the majority of the condiments included. Fries and twisters were bland, but the service was good. Our waitress was very kind and sweet, trying to fix the issue best she could.
Always a good time at Heffs. The food and drinks are always great. There is often live music to enjoy. The staff are always friendly and attentive.

Order chips and queso. Received a full platter of chips and one small container of cheese not worth the price. Order fried pickels, which were very salty, and pickles were so thin. I've had other items, not a fan. Overpriced for low-grade quality food.
