Burgers are great, but the Heff salad, grilled chicken, grilled onions, mushrooms, bacon... doesn't get better! Yes it does. I had another Heff's salad, ate half and took half home...it filled a large takeout box!!

First of all my family and I love Heff’s it’s always great. But the one things that puts Heff’s over all these other burger spots is the sauce. It’s the main reason we come. Well today either management or an employee forgot to get the ingredients for the sauce and the waiter when asked about it was rude. He stated no you can’t get any we don’t have it. Don’t get me wrong if yall are out I understand but instead of being rude you could’ve said no sir sorry we don’t have the ingredients to make it. I spoke with the lady working behind the counter about it afterwards and that’s what she told me. But the man who brought our order out has in the past added my wife on Facebook and messaged her about the service which is down right weird and he’s also be rude to my wife about my kids laughing and joking around. He needs to learn manners and how to talk to people without being so damn rude.

We arrived with a large party (16), then another large party came in after us...then another. Those two ladies working the whole restaurant by themselves kicked some butt! They were polite, efficient and kept everything in order. To the one family that left after waiting only 15 mins for their food, you missed out (impatient much?). Thank you for serving us with a smile on your face. Y'all rocked it!

Tried Heffs because it was close to the hotel. Poor service, and food was very poor quality. They were out of most things, and I was still over charged. Will not return.

First time trying Heff's Burgers. They were delicious. The burgers were large and cooked through with no red/pink and remained juicy. Sides were very good. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. We spent about the same $$ as we would at any fast food restaurant but received a much better product.

There's 3 Heff Burgers located here in Abilene, and this ? by far is the best one in town. SERVICE WAS AWESOME.
If the restaurant doesn’t close till nine, they should accept orders all the way up until nine. I used to work at a restaurant and we had to accept orders all the way through the night. We didn’t stop taking orders 15 minutes early so that we could close on time . Very disappointed because if I would have known this was a thing I I would have tried to call sooner.

Driving back to Ft worth and wanted to try out this Burger place and the name is what attracted me to it. Got to the restaurant and plenty of parking, decor is 50’s car themed which I loved. The staff was helpful in choosing something. Now I would have given it 5 starts but the Sweet Tea was very bad, wasn’t sweet at all and the place a bit hot but the fans helped.

Nothing like getting a tasty burger on a long ride home. They were out of onion rings, which was unfortunate. The regular fries could have been a little warmer. The twister fries were more like those spiral chips you get at the fair, but still really good.But overall, it was a good experience.
