I was looking for a good burger restaurant since moving here in October. Heff's didn't disappoint. I got a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was really good, but I will dream about the onion rings for a long time. They were the best I have had in years. I will definitely eat here again.

Pretty cool 50's Diner style with great burgers. Very friendly staff provided me with great service and the food is remarkably good. I've had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and the chicken sandwich, both an excellent choice!

I have tried 3 times with this particular location to order burgers for lunch. Everything my order has been wrong or missing items. Today it was 2 burgers that I specified how they wanted them and then I ordered and PAID for heff sauce. My driver delivers my order and both those burgers have everything on it and then I'm missing the heff sauce. So I drive up to the location requested and requested a remake. They were fine to do this but it's taking so long for me to get the order made that now my food at home will be cold by the time I get back. This is so annoying. I paid well over $50 for my order and it was wrong and then now I won't get to enjoy it because I have to sit and wait for them to fix THEIR mistake. This will be the last time

Cook used the tongs part of the time and bare hands the other part to dish out onion rings and fries to peoples plates. Male cook and female staff so busy visiting about their lives that they got my order wrong and took longer than needed to give out the food. Gross and disappointing. Would be a cool place if wasn’t grossed out.
Skimpy on the salad greens!! Also, I don’t understand why some of the menu prices of this Heff’s location differ from the one north of town. Makes no sense.

Called in a large order to be picked up 11:30 at 10. Arrived at 11:35 and the order and all drinks were ready! They made it quick and easy to pick up! The server even helped carry everything to my car! It was a great experience! Everyone enjoyed their meals and EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!!! Absolutely will be going back!

My husband and I just had food at this Heff's and we were so angry we could not finish eating our meal. This restaurant is cheaping out on their ingredients. We noticed from the first bite. It seems like they used dollar-store buns and most likely frozen from-the-store burger patties. If it isn't, whatever they are using now tastes awful. We used to love coming here. Now we will not be coming back. I hope the owner of Heff's investigates this because it is a disgrace to her name. She worked hard to build up into a chain and I hope this restaurant does not soil the name and destroy the business. Hopefully, other Heff's are not following suit. We wound leaving and buying burgers elsewhere as were still hungry.

Good grief! If you haven't had their burgers with curly fries, you don't know what you've missed. Be sure to get their Heff sauce to dip,dab, and slap on everything. So good ?Parking: Handicapped parking right in front.
