Amazing. It was close to the hotel so I decided to go. Rayne (yesterday) made such a wonderful impact of service that I decided to return tonight, and Haley was just as good. Busy yet attentive took the time to visit without sacrificing time with other guests. The food was perfect and well portioned, especially for shrimp tacos. Can't wait for my next visit when I come back to town.

Shouldn't even get an ratingto pool. My husband, my kids, and I went to eat here tonight and it was horrible. They brought three plates out and the other two plates we had to wait at least an extra 15 to 20 mins to get and even didn't put the side on one of the plates. We ended up just paying the ticket and leaving not eating.
I understand it's a sports bar, but the music was entirely too loud. The service was really slow, and they were not that busy. We were never offered refills, and my wife didn't get her salad until the end of the meal because they forgot even after we reminded them. The wings were smaller than chicken nuggets and not worth the price I paid, and the curly fries were undercooked. We waited nearly 45 minutes for our food from the time we placed our order.

Sat at the bar for 10 minutes. Was not acknowledged at all. One of the bar tenders looked right me and never said a word. Apparently it was time for her to leave. The other was to busy with the regulars at the other end of the bar. I will not be back to this Hooters. It can burn to the ground for all I care.

Syd provided excellent service. She is so attentive, courteous and friendly. Always with a genuine smile. Food was good. It was a little warm. A/C may need service
First time I've been here since they opened. Beer was cold, wings are huge and tasted great. But service at the bar was disappointing. It was 1:00 p.m. on Mother's Day and they were super slow. It took 10 minutes to get my drink order only after one of the bartenders, alexis finally noticed i had not been asked. I was totally ignored by the bartender that was closer to me, dre, when I sat down. All customers should be acknowledged no matter how much of a tab they will leave at the table. Alexis apologized for the service as well as another employee, brayden. So I can say I've been here. But future visit 50/50 chance.
I want to update my review. During my recent visit I expressed my thoughts of the service that was provided to me while my visit was still on going. I received an instant response via a text message from the manager within a few minutes. Later another manager named Bri, I believe, approached me about my comments. They made the situation right and apologized. Various other members of their staff apologized as well. They were very receptive to my comments and suggestions. Thanks again to Hooters Abilene.
