We have greatly enjoyed the assortment of flavored teas and the ability to fill water containers. Concerned that three out of four water dispensers have been out of service for a month. Employees gave me the impression that there is no plan on fixing the three out of service dispensers in the near future. I hope management/owners would be more concerned about maintenance of their equipment. We hope to use this business for years to come.

I love their tea and go daily at happy hour for two huge teas. BUT they have changed the app used to acquire points good toward free tea. It is no longer possible to get points using the receipt, so if I send my husband or forget to have them scan at the drive through I lose the points I am due. I have written the app managers repeatedly and have gotten no help.

The lady that rung me up was named Savanna and she goes by Savy on her name tag. I asked for a white peppermint mocha and specifically stated that I was using my points to buy it. First, she messed up and I payed for it and I was okay with it and reassured her it was okay and we got that fixed and she said it will refund (which it hasn't). Next, I get my coffee and take a drink and realized it tasted different, I looked at my receipt and noticed she put the wrong drink. I didn't want to go back and complain because through that whole experience I could tell she wasn't listening and didn't care what so ever. I really do love most of the workers there but she needs to be trained more or better because this isn't the first time she has messed up on my orders.
