I love their tea and go daily at happy hour for two huge teas. BUT they have changed the app used to acquire points good toward free tea. It is no longer possible to get points using the receipt, so if I send my husband or forget to have them scan at the drive through I lose the points I am due. I have written the app managers repeatedly and have gotten no help.

Great products, miss the octane tea, not worth the parking war going during or after happy hour.

Update: Still parking wars, then they decide to let a food truck park in their lot taking up three spots and making it very difficult to get in and out. Will probably start going to Nublitea instead.

The Tea is great, very clean place and great customer service. We always try to hit it up when it's happy hour to save a little but even with regular prices the teas are truly worth it. I think it's 2pm to 4pm is when happy hour starts. I like that you service your own tea we like to mix ours makes it much better. Definitely recommend this place when you are thirsty and looking for something clean and good.
