This IHOP is the worst I've visited. We had a party of 8, 5 adults and 3 children. We ordered, and it took a while for the food to come with the server apologizing along the way. One of our silverware was greasy, while another 2 were just plain dirty, with the server continuing to apologize. Once the food finally came out, it was just the kids' food with the server assuring us that our food would be right out. 20 minutes later, the kids had finished their meals, Our food finally arrived with the server blaming the super late delivery on the kitchen. It doesn't stop there, My scrambled soft eggs were rubbery and cold, while 1 in my party waited another 10 minutes for her fresh toast, and another waited 18 minutes for pancakes to complete their meals. The absolute worst service ever!!!!! Even though our bill was reduced a little bit, it should have been completely reduced, and the manager should have come over. I will never eat at this location again.

I ordered the "Very Berry" crepes. I thought they would be rolled crepes with cream filling and covered in strawberries. Wrong! it was four, very chewy, flat folded crepes, no filling, 5 strawberry halves, and a small squirt of whipped cream topping on the side. The server got me some filling they use for the cinnamon crepes. I was very disappointed. My husband had blueberry pancakes and they were good.
If menu says "very berry", there needs to be considerably more berries than 5 halves.

Been here for over an hour an a half waiting for a delivery order for door dash. Still haven't been helped plenty of people have come in been seated and have got up and left because they even haven't been acknowledged for a drink or an order.

When we eat in the restaurant it's always good. But when we order to go it's absolutely terrible. Pancakes are always stale, hard, and dry.. to the point of being inedible.
Ate in and were almost the only ones there in the middle of the day, which was perfect! Symia was a great waitress and food was excellent

I placed an order for pickup. Waited about an hour, and went in and then proceeded to wait for another hour as the server “was on it”.
After waiting, he finally comes up and says “has anyone helped you yet?”
HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING ME!!
Eventually he makes me look for my own take out bag and then says, “well what’s the name?”
I give him my name and he goes “ohhh, yeah we don’t have impossible patties that’s why it’s not done” And proceeds to tell me I have to cancel the order to get my money back. After searching it up, the only way to get my money back is for them to cancel and refund.
