Normally big fan, but I just found a hair baked into my deluxe oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. I bought several cookies a few days ago. Very expensive cookies to find a hair. Really gross

Placed a large order of 62 cookies with about 3 hours notice. Had it done timely and everything was great. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience every time I go slow service. The people working always look lost and it’s only ever one. People constantly leave because they can’t keep up. Just waited an hour for a pick up order due to this girl not realizing my order has been ready near 20 min ago and I asked her if it was going to be ready soon and she proceeded to walk back there to get my order like it was ready the whole time. Cookies were cold

Employee was very patient in explaining the items, since it was my first visit. Took a star off for the food since they all tasted great, but the price for the smaller cookies seems steep.
Parking: Late night visit so plenty of parking, could be harder when all the stores are open in the area.

Cookies was burnt around the edges and hard. They are “supposedly” known for fresh soft baked cookies and that’s what we didn’t get! A waste of money and time!
