Management responded to my previous negative review and provided a complimentary meal to rectify the matter. Ordered the same meal, Quarter Ham & Salami Muffuletta w/cup of gumbo, and it was very good. Their response was quick and accommodating. Manager was very pleasant, polite, & understanding. I will patronize this location in the future.

Ordered on jason's app at 6:36 for 7:30 - 8:00 delivery. Called at 8:15, only to hear that they do not have night drivers and that Door Dash hasn't picked up my order yet. She didn't know when they would be there, but they said around 8:30. She got an attitude about it, so I just canceled the order; who wants to eat at 9:00 at night when you ordered at 6:30? So now I haven't ate all day and am not happy about it.

Not nearly as good as it used to be, I ordered a baked potato and ask them to make sure there was butter on it since it is supposed to come with it. it usually doesn't have butter, they charged and extra $.50 for something that is supposed to be there. I asked for a bowl of chicken rice soup and they gave me a cup, glad it was just a cup, it was terrible, it used to be thick and creamy, today it was watered down and mostly water. This used to be my favorite place to eat, but as the prices go up, food quality and quantity go down, way down. I'm really disappointed. Anymore the ice cream machine is broke down about 90% of the time.

Had the salad bar great selection but didn't know what most of it was..waited for a plate then waited again for another one. The guy cleaning tables only took some of the dirty dishes .. couldn't quite figure that out. I do want to try their sandwiches...

This was my first trip to Jason's Deli and I'd bet it'll become a regular stop when I'm in town. I had the salad and a cup of fire roasted tortilla soup. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious! I definitely recommended
