Poor service and organization. Surfaces not kept wiped. Trash overflowing. Staff didn’t seem to know or understand their roles. Staff making the sandwich was distracted and distracting to other employees because of his incessant talking. Very inefficient. Worst Jersey Mikes we’ve been to.

First time eating at a Jersey Mike's, and (even with the hype) it was better than I expected...actually very good. But the best thing was the service; the manager/staff were very friendly and engaging. Definitely recommend.

Horrible service ordered online an hour ago still haven't received food guy on the phone said he had no idea about my order

Submitted an online order and was shocked to see that it was over an hour wait. Got there about 10 minutes early only to wait another 45 minutes. Place was total chaos. People got through the walk in line a lot faster than online orders. They turn off the online ordering feature when they get so backed up.
Inside the restaurant, it so small people can't sit in the tables. There nowhere to stand to wait your 30-45 minutes additional for online order except in front of the drink machine. That just makes things worse.
Worst part is they did get my online order right and no way I was going back in there for another hour wait. So got stuck with less than I asked for for $26. Ugh!
I sure hope they gets things working better. And whoever at corp planning thought this space was going to work, needs to go work the line there for a few weeks. So poorly planned out.
Nice friendly staff, Blown away by the two managers hardworking very positive and make amazing hot and cold subs never a miss when they are working!!!!

I love Jersey mikes so much. But what I don’t like is when your employee rubs their nose with their hand all the way to their wrist so hard bare handed and doesn’t wash their hands. They just throw some gloves on. Margret, do better

I had an amazing experience at this location! If you have an allergy and are looking for a safe place to eat, this is the one! I let the owner/manager (not super sure) know that I had a dairy allergy and the staff took every precaution to make sure there was no contamination. Cleaned the slicer, changed gloves&knives and every surface my sandwich touched. Never made me feel bad for ordering with an allergy and everyone was super on top of it all even with it being extremely busy. Will be back and thank you to the staff!
