This business has always taken longer than average to serve customers. Sometimes they don't come out from behind the wall at all to see if there are customers. Sometimes during stated business hours the shop is closed. I asked if we could get some coffee, and the worker said it would be awhile, "I am actively doing things." Another time, two employees, a supervisor and a regular worker, discussed personnel matters for 30 minutes, loudly, in front of guests - who's scheduled when, who quit, who was fired, when the employee was unable to work, who should be fired, etc. We didn't get any coffee that day. I am thinking these problems are the result of policies, not individual workers.

My wife and I were at this coffee shop on September 25th 2025 7:45 pm. And the young lady working there had an ugly additude. Her name was Mae . We ordered our coffee and we sat down then some other lady who was already there went up to the counter and ordered another coffee and Mae decided to work on hers and gave it to her then this other couple walked in ordered and they got there's as well while all along we waited. As I tried to talk to her about it she had that I don't care additude so I asked to speak to her manager and she then said for us to just wait. When her manager showed up which I didn't get her name. I told her what had happened and also said that I didn't want her to get fired she then made it cleared that wouldn't happen. She just said she'd talk to her because she was only 16 and that firing her was not an option. Even though that's not what I wanted to happen. But it was just how she went about it. I then told her I own my own business as well and would never treat any of my customers that way. She then said that's how this new generation is. Well maybe if that's the case maybe this young lady needs a change of career. Because obviously customer service is not for her... sincerely, Mav

I walked in when they had just opened. The service was great! The gal that made my drink was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I ordered a peanut butter cup frappe, and it was delicious!

Ordered two drinks from a girl. She seemed to be the only one who knew what she was doing, but went on break and didnt finish helping us. There was another girl who came in, who had to call and ask her for help cause she didn’t know what to do… This new girl took other orders and hadn’t made our drinks! and even skipped us and gave another person who ordered after us their drink. The wait was literally like 30 minutes. As someone who works in a coffee shop, frappes do not take 30 mins to make, and there was basically no people there until well after we got there… Our frappes were good but for some reason they tasted different even if it was the same drink. The service was just pretty bizarre and slow.

I had the worst coffee today, first it came tepid. Then my water came hot. The guy didn’t care at all, did not want to try at all. It wasn’t busy, just me. You can literally feel temp is wrong when holding beverages. I eventually ended up with a tepid liquid with slight coffee flavor.
Appalling service. Waiting in line for more than 30 min. 1 person only accepting orders, cashing money, preparing drinks and serving customers.

Inconsistent drinks (ordered 2 of the same drink and one was totally different/not good at all) and barista had as little interaction with us as she could, wouldn't even crack and smile or verbally acknowledge anything. While we waited for our drinks, other people came in and she continued to ignore them til one guy came in. She perked up and suddenly became bubbly and greeted him as he walked in. Super awkward experience and def not worth the $$.
