Horrible restaurant and employees! Not only do they serve raw chicken but they do not listen when ordering then get an attitude because of there mistake! Manager is no better she is rude as well and let her employees which are children do as they please and doesn’t listen to employees! Refuses to give customers there receipts back so they have proof and can contact the general manager regarding her and her employees nasty attitude!

1st time visitor this location. Food was good. (chkn sandwich a little bland) but okay. Little smaller in size to another in area. Service typical of young person...just a job...not real outgoing or interactive. Will be back if in area.

This evening I went inside the KFC on Judge Ely in abilene. I ordered 2 #1 with 2 extra biscuits and mashed potatoes with white meat chicken. Total was $17.30. When I checked the order at the counter there was only 1 extra biscuit. I asked the girl and was told I only ordered 1. So I left. When I got back to my car I checked both orders. Not only did I not get 2 extra biscuits but there was no mashed potatoes in 1 of the boxes. I went back inside and showed the employee my receipt and asked for my other baked potatoes. The girl showed me the screen and said this was what was ordered. She said it would be $3.50. I told her it was not correct but she insisted I pay $3.50 for the potatoes. I paid $17.30 for 4 pieces of chicken, 3 rolls and 1 mashed potatoes. I have pics of what I received along with my receipt. I will never go back since there are many other chicken restaurants in this area. Customer service was terrible and I didn't even get my drinks. What a joke!!!

On the first visit, the chicken was great, but the potatoes and gravy were dried out on top. On the last visit, the chicken was oversalted. We will try again, but after trying other places.

The girl at the window was rude even after we asked for light ice and she made the drink with full ice. Then we tell her light ice and she said well next time you need to ask for it. On top of that, we asked for an extra cup of ice and she handed it to us with no lid (and no gloves on) with her hands on the rim of the cup (we never saw her wash her hands during this interaction). I will never be going back there. I am severely autistic and this was a safe food place for me but now that's gone.

This KFC isn’t just slinging chicken—it’s a fine-tuned, finger-lickin’ machine, thanks in no small part to their ace dishwasher (who also happens to be my kid!). Every dish here is scrubbed so clean, you could probably see yourself on the bottom. They’re like the Picasso of pot-scrubbing, the Beethoven of biscuit pans! So next time you take a bite of that crispy drumstick, just know it’s been handled with love, dedication, and absolutely pristine dishes. Five stars for the Colonel, but an extra wing and a biscuit for the dishwashing legend!

So, I have no issues with the food, it’s always fine.

What I take issue is when I come out to dinner with my spouse and she and I sit down to eat, the last thing either of us wants to see is an employee and their girlfriend making out at the front of the building.

That’s exactly what we saw with a female staff member and her girlfriend doing Tuesday evening when we came by to eat.

You want to love on one another, do that at home, but while you’re at work or on shift just paints a bad picture for this establishment.

This isn’t the first time we have caught this employee expressing affection for their girlfriend when we have come by either.

My wife and I both enjoy KFC from time to time, but I’m seriously considering never coming by this location again if this is allowed to continue.

My family went inside to eat. I went to the bathroom first while my parents looked at the menu. When I returned my parents had still not been served or even greeted. We proceeded to stand at the register where we were ignored for over 15 minutes. They never greeted us or even acknowledged us. They continued to make orders while we just stood there. We ended up leaving and will never be returning. They laughed when we left the building.

I could tell that they were short-handed in the store. They were trying to satisfy three separate customer needs: in-store, drive-thru, and delivery pickup, with one person handling the cashier and two people cooking and putting the meals together. They did a very good job considering their situation. Thank you.
