My husband and I ate 12/15/25 about 1:30. We stood at the counter for a few minutes listening to laughter in the back. That's all good. In fact you could hear everything. As we go get our drink walk out to the dinning room just about all of the tables were dirty. Mind you I start hearing loud voices on the front line but couldn't make of it. But my husband walks back up there waited forever for our food, he comes back and he proceeds to tell me that a female employee is complaining about working the front line and that she hated it. Then they all were arguing over what job they had. We run a food trailer just the two of us. We have several jobs and we don't complain we work, get the job done and serve our customer's without loud obnoxious comments. The tea urns along with the drink station was nasty looking. Even though the food was fair. The crispy chicken pieces was huge the original pieces were very small. I'm not sure if there was a manager on site. But if this was my restruant it would not be aloud. I was not happy with my visit at all. Probably won't be back. Need to have control of the employees 🙄

They just straight up ignore what you order and give you whatever or something similar. It's a shame cause KFC can actually be good when it has great staff but these guys clearly don't care here. They gave me a spicy sandwich instead of a regular, and the wrong side. If you have allergies definitely double check your order. The employees are short-spoken and dismissive, almost like they are offended that you came there to order food.

This vist the chicken tasted extremely well seasoned. The soda tasted off but I've noticed several places having nasty soda. The stores tables and chairs need to be cleaned there was chicken grease n crumbs everywhere not my job to pickup after the last person. The girl at the register needs to speak up a little bit. It was alright it was chicken.

To start off went to the drive through to order and sat for 10 min with nothing so we pulled around to go in to order and stood at the counter never once was acknowledged this is not the first time this has happened at this location they always forget to finish order or leave things out very unprofessional staff and lazy

Food always great! The customer service really awful. The short Hispanic female counter person with glasses and ponytail always rude and prejudice! Really getting old. Every single week we have to deal with the attitude. Must be related to manager or is the manager to treat people that way. We are fixing to take our weekly business elsewhere 😡 Rude for no reason we don't feel welcomed there.

Horrible restaurant and employees! Not only do they serve raw chicken but they do not listen when ordering then get an attitude because of there mistake! Manager is no better she is rude as well and let her employees which are children do as they please and doesn’t listen to employees! Refuses to give customers there receipts back so they have proof and can contact the general manager regarding her and her employees nasty attitude!
